The room definitely had to have been smoked in. Other than that it was a good stay.

The coffe maker did not work. It kept running through a cycle and going on the floor we had to unplug it. I had a cold shower despite running it for awhile to see if it would pull hot water. There was nothing in the room about how to get a hold of help. To get to our room you had to enter a very small entry way then enter our room. I think this was how they made an ajoining room, but every time the other room entered that entry way it sound like they were entering my room.

The stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help.
We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings.
I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Room was very beautifully decorated and clean. Check in was quite easy. Location was great, beds were comfortable, and overall, a very good stay!

Room was spotless with a nice view. Close to good restaurants. The staff texted me the day of my arrival because their card machine was makfunctioning

We booked last minute so I understand that there was limited availability. We were told there was a mini refrigerator and there wasn’t. Nowhere to put your toiletries that we brought. The chairs where uncomfortable.

Street parking only, and street to the place was closed for road construction. The building was not marked, so not easily found. TV in the room did not work, and reached out to facility number several times with no response. Room was tiny! Would not recommend for a couple.

Clean, well priced, lots to walk to
Great little spot in the highlands! Self checkin only, but worked well and only took about two minutes. Room was exceptionally clean, and AC was excellent on a hot summer day. Many coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk!
