Comfortable bed ok sized bathroom. Booked the executive king room my partner and I got was more like a plain double room. When we got to the room noticed something on the bedside locker and to our shock it was underwear belonging to the previous guest that stayed there we said it the the housekeeping and she came in cleaned them and said the room was fully cleaned before we got there, which it definitely wasn't. And to top it off outside our window what looked like rubbish and old carpets dumped nearly up to our window. Breakfast was OK service was good. For price we paid don't think it was worth it how it's supposed to be 4 star hotel I do not know I would rate it a 2 star hotel maximum

We checked into our room on Friday afternoon, and were greeted by a gent at reception, who had a very welcoming smile and very professional manner. Our room was spotless and had a very comfortable bed. The atmosphere in the bar was very relaxed and friendly. We met our friends and had what I can only say was fantastic food. The menu left us spoilt for choice and the portions were huge. Loved it!!! Saturday the day of the wedding the staff were so attentive and friendly, nothing was an issue. One manager in particular whom we met on the Friday evening was on duty for the wedding. We were speaking to him on Friday evening the bar and it was as if we were old friends. On Saturday he came over big smile and gave me a heart felt genuine and firm handshake. I was so impressed that he took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. The staff are a credit to your hotel, they are friendly very attentive and professional in their duties. Nothing was an issue. Excellent location, fantastic value for money and even though it was busy with other functions the hotel at night was quiet so you got a good nights sleep. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend

Pleasant stay @ the Greenhills Hotel. Made for a wonderful overnight rest in Limerick. Very nice of them to give 2 free bottles of water in the room. I was assigned the first handicap room near the reception area. No AC in the room but the windows open; its cool enough to sleep comfortably. The room looked updated and I had a huge bathroom/shower with white fluffy towels. I love my bed! Best comfy bed ever with crisp white linens... made me wanna just sleep here all day. Breakfast was sufficient with lots of fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit drinks, coffee/tea. I would stay here again on my next visit to Limerick.

Stayed there for a family event. Was looking forward to relaxing in the leisure centre the next day. The pool was dirty, jacuzzi was cold, steam room was out of order, sauna door wouldn't close properly so all the heat goes out. My husband said all the showers in the men's changing room were not working!! One man was washing his hair in the sink!! Been like that for a while apparently. Very disappointing

Last minute decision to book one night stay on a Friday night! Best value for money in Limerick! Superbly appointed double room with exceptional bathroom and all the accessories one would expect to find in 4 hotel! Fantastic experience! Hotel was spotless and staff were excellent!

Travellers from near and far just spend even one night at the Greenhills Hotel because the staff are delightful, And you may order a lunch or dinner at any hour. Unlike the hotels in Europe and elsewhere, who will tell you disdainfully that Breakfast is Over? Not So at the Greenhills; there's a breakfast and brunch menu and the staff are only Amazing. The food is delicious and the rooms are well appointed with king beds which are extremely comfortable. I recommend the Breakfast Bap, packed full of proper sausages and bacon and topped with a fried egg. See you through the day......I Love this hotel and shall visit again.

We always have the lunches of people we support, for the the staff accomodate them with their foods, in their required level of foods diet, we are grateful for this.

Iv stayed here on numerous occasions over the past few years, the staff are mostly nice and helpful. The food is always good and plenty of it. The pool is a major disappointment jacuzzi is too cold all the time, steam room and sauna not working for quite a while. Locker rooms are falling apart and outdated. For working men this is quite a let down as it is nice to relax in a leisure centre. I think it's time for another hotel

Unbelievably, after we checked in and hauled our bags into and out of the elevator on the first floor, we dragged our bags down a haul and through a fire door airlock to discover TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. We lugged the bags up, around a corner, through another fire door airlock, AND FOUND MORE STAIRS. And more - ultimately, 30 stairs up five different flights of steps. No warning at checkin - and no indication that we could have parked around back and thus missed perhaps half the stairs. (We figured that out for ourselves before we left). The rooms were acceptable, large and comfortable, though perhaps a bit on the shabby side. Did not try to eat there, taxi into town and back. Not for the mobility challenged, not for anyone with large bags. Rating would have been higher if front desk had been more helpful.
