The room is okay and the staffs are friendly and good customer service. I suggest that carpets need to be changed because of the strong odor.

This time tea coffee and milk and stirrer provided
Minor maintenance issue with right hand light requiring maintain room 20.
More of a major issue with fire heater that requires proper fixing to wall

Staff were excellent and so friendly. Nice atmosphere in the pub. Great value for breakfast. The accommodation was great value and a brilliant location next to the train station.
I read the reviews before I booked. I'm struggling to understand some complaints, e.g., no tea/coffee, no TV remote, one bin, etc. I had no issue as it was simple to ask for the remote control (they may have reasons not to leave them in the room). There was tea/coffee in the room. I moved one bin to the room from the bathroom!

Staff were helpful with getting around. Sainbury's and M&S is a 10 minute walk. Post office and chemist 5 minute walk. Across the road from the train station which a 20 minute trip to the main centre of Birmingham.
Traditional British breakfast was delish fast service, complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge.

Bar staff welcoming. Given Room 26 up two flights of stairs, a struggle for me, if I’d known I would have booked ground floor. Room OK, nice towels, hot shower (hose split so water came out of hose and shower head) good toiletries, but no toilet paper. Brought up to my room straight away after I phoned down to Bar. Good to have kettle and complimentary drinks, but there was no teaspoon! Radiator was hanging from wall on one clip, unsafe. No WiFi as network and password given were not recognised. I rang down for password, but the details brought up were the same as the ones already in the room. Comfortable bed, clean linens, quiet room despite facing very main road. I was attending a function elsewhere, so I didn’t eat in, but the food menu looked good with reasonable prices. Also, no problem with access after hours. Plenty of onsite free parking. I would stay there again

Room perfectly fine
The only issue were the occupants in room 21 who kept banging and opening doors between 1am and 3am
If you view the camera footage for last Sunday at 1am to 3am and keep the recordings you will pick this up
