Dear Bipin Lokegaonkar, At the day of your check in at the Hotel you arrived in your car and as we have a limited parking space our other guest who came just before you was lucky enough to get the parking space in Hotel and you just arrived after him and was not able to get the parking but still our staff did our best to park your vehicle at the road side at front of the Hotel and it remained safe at the time you checked out. You used all the foul language ( Gails) you could to our staff but they didn’t respond. The food you ordered was good that is why you ate everything and did not leave anything which was served, nor you complained about the food at the time of your stay. You yourself were drinking alcohol from the time you arrived in the Hotel and you ordered for soda and all type of non-veg items . The bachelors also who come to stay they listen when they are told but all the time you stayed in the Hotel you were screaming at the staff and not listening. In Nainital you have to pay for your parking when you go out . I suppose everywhere when you park your car at the parking you have to pay for that but you were not paying anything when you are parking at front of the Hotel . The towels come from laundry and is changed every day and your’s towel were also fresh. Sorry to state but your allegations are not genuine. Hope you understand. ***ager , Green Leaf Hotel Nainital
