We had a great stay. The room was spacious, neat and clean, service was perfect

The reception, door man and staff was very friendly. We went to the Wynonna concert. We never got the opportunity to eat unfortunately there was no space to sit and line ups were too long. Luckily we got some beef jerky for a snack before bed. Need another eating establishment. Great hotel and staff.

South of Calgary. A bit far but if you have a car or transport, a great place to stay and fabulous value for your money.

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today!
It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
?minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

The Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!

Stayed one night while we attended the Burton Cummings concert there. Having done this same routine for attending concerts several times now over the years I do feel that the rooms are seeming to become a bit dated and have a used feeling to them for the price. Really miss the offers where you could purchase as a package for the room and concert tickets along with breakfast for a fair price.
