位置虽然远ㄧ些,但交通是很方便，饭店旁就是公车站，海贼船也在旁边，饭店面整个芦之湖真是极大的享受，饭店更贴心备有手机脚架拍照更方便很赞

Beautiful hotel with a perfect view of the lake and right next to public transportation options. The deluxe lake view room was huge and very clean.
The public onsen is small with just two pools, one onsen had an open view to the sky. Note that they have no gyms available.
The breakfast was great, a small main hot entree and unlimited sides, such as breads, salads, fruits, and drinks.
The only downside is the lack of AC during the winter. It was very hot and we had to open the window to cool it down.

Paid for an expensive lake view room but they gave us one which is the worst one. Furthermore the aircon was not working and it was stifling in the room. We were told that it is central heating and nothing can be done about it. They allow us to open the window to get some fresh air. Paying over S$400/night is really not worth it.
Location is next to the excursion boat jetty and some eateries.

Beautiful hotel with a really large, clean and comfortable room. Appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room, and at the foyer (in the morning) and bar (during happy hour).
Lovely view of Mt Fuji across the lake as well, worth every penny. Unfortunately Mt Fuji was covered by clouds for most of our trip, but the only time we were able to see it mostly in full was at the hotel.
Onsen experience was also great; while it was a public onsen, other guests did not really use it, which was a real shame as there was a jacuzzi and outdoor onsen inside.
Only downside was the central air conditioning which made the room feel a bit too warm after coming back from the onsen, but otherwise still a comfortable stay.

Hakone Hotel is a historic piece of Hakone and has maintained its elegance over the decades. It has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and if lucky, great views of the lake and Mt. Fuji. The onsen are a nice touch, and included for guests with minimal charge, 150 yen per da, and seems to be compulsory. The breakfast is simple, with an order main dish, and buffet for the additional options. The French toast is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and speaks English relatively well. The hotel offers free welcome drinks and free soft drinks, coffee, milk tea, cocoa, and more throughout the day. The location is perfect for getting on the lake cruise, which takes you to the shrine in 5 minutes, the cable car in 25 minutes, which goes onward to the steam vents. There are limited restaurants nearby the hotel, but there's an excellent Indian place right next door, a Japanese food truck that makes great grilled chicken yakotori, wagyu beef, and a Mediterranean that i didn't have an opportunity to try. This is an excellent hotel and somewhere I'd stay again. It does take about 40 minutes by bus from the train station, but worth the effort.

酒店房间能够看到海贼船与湖景????但天气不似预期，令景色大打折扣????????若然运气好碰上好天气会是一流的体验。（注意房间只有暖气，不设冷气?）

箱根酒店是最喜欢的富士山渡假酒店，酒店环境优美，眼前就是芦之湖的美景，多次入住还是觉得很舒服，很贴心。酒店内的餐饮服务还是有很高水准，可以试试。

就在海贼船码头旁边，风景很好，只是楼梯比较多，需要走来走去。但酒店设施很好，酒店lounge很好，有很多座位、冷热饮，还有游戏棋，风景不错。酒店草坪还配有三脚架，很周到。唯一不足就是酒店周边没有什么值得推荐的餐厅。

这是一家有百年历史的酒店，所以相对来説房间设施有点陈旧，但是确实从服务水准和入住体验来説都有old money的意思。酒店位置很好，门口就有公交车站，然后紧邻着海贼船口岸。最喜欢早上起来一拉开窗帘就能看到白白的富士山顶。

Amazing view from the rooms and the hotel overall. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax and get the view of Mount Fuji. Great service!!
The only difficulty we had was reaching the hotel as the transportation isn’t very often and the only mode of transportation is bus. Overall very happy with the hotel
