The room was very clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very welcoming and had great amenities. I loved the location, it is within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Although the hotel accepts pets, there was no smell of pets at all, which is so awesome, and it tells you how clean the hotel is.

The Haley Hotel is in a great location and very cute downstairs. We loved being able to walk a block up to have dinner, shop and enjoy the beach. This trip was a girls trip with 3 adults, we had the family room with the bunk beds that was perfect for our group. The only thing is you can hear everything from the other rooms. The parking is the lot adjacent to the hotel. I would return despite the noise.

The front desk people told me when I got in the first day that they will have either tea or coffee ready in the morning, 3 days, there were no one in, the door was locked in the morning either at 630 or 7 am, no room service as well. I was told they were shortage of people!

I'm sorry about the issue with the coffee. There are staff around in the morning. And there is coffee too from Handlebar, a local roaster. And we have lots of milk options as well such as almond and oak. We also do have Nespresso machines in the room with the little cartridges which a lot of people seem to like. Sorry again. It's possible you went to the lobby too early. There are staff inside the lobby but they lock the doors until 7am I believe.

Unsure if the property was welcoming to pets, but parking was convenient even though it’s paid parking. The hotel offers a nightly parking pass for $25 which is still somewhat reasonable. In a very cute and fun area with lots of great food nearby and plenty to do.

Will definitely be back! Soooo convenient and love supporting a family-owned business. Street noise could be loud, but the fact you had ear plugs in the room was awesome.

Great location around the corner from State Street. Friendly staff. It’s small and would be ideal for a summer reunion! Lots of outdoor space. North end of hotel is noisy from street traffic on Haley.

Cute place. Central to everything we wanted. Fabulous staff and service. Family owned. Very clean. Understated but great value.

The property is an old motel that they fixed up very cute. The room was on the smaller side but newly remodeled. They removed the pool and set up fun games outside. The area is great on Lower State Street and you can walk to many bars restaurants and the beach. The parking was cheap. I would return.
