Breath taken. Our stay at half moon was breathtaking. From our arrival to our departure, our stay, there was simply splendid, the service was outstanding from the front desk, check-in, the entire staff, whether it be gardening, housekeeping, beach, cleaning, and transportation, the spirit of hospitality, customer service, and genuine courteousness, was simply amazing. We highly recommend anyone, and we already have to your facility. I pray and hope, that you keep not only your standards, but the spirit that we encountered and experience there. Gives us a warm feeling every time we think back upon our time there. Thank you.

We loved Half Moon and plan to return with our children. Lovely resort with everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. We enjoyed all the restaurants, multiple pools and beaches and the water sports. The food is a bit pricey but good to very good.

The staff was uniformly friendly, welcoming and happy to have us as guests. They are clearly proud of the property and wanted us to enjoy it. The restaurants were quite attractive but the food was not A plus or even A rating. The spa is beautiful and the staff quite competent but it is way over priced with surprising surcharges. The infinity pool at the Eclipse part of the property is stunning, very comfortable and the staff are quite attentive. There are many possible activities but we mostly took the opportunity to escape the cold winter and read near the ocean. We loved it. May well return and would recommend it to others.

Lovely property and the staff were great. Only hiccup was checking in. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying

Spectacular! Every single member of the staff is personable and eager to be of assistance — oodles of traditional Jamaican hospitality x 10. My only quibble involves some of the operational systems in place, especially the multi-tiered meal plans, which I find too cumbersome. I am not an hotelier so I do not fully comprehend the subtleties of the business. For instance, I don’t drink, so I don’t know how quickly someone who consumes a lot of alcohol would bankrupt the establishment, so to speak. My questions to management would be, “Is there a way to streamline meal charges? Why not add an all-inclusive option without the innumerable exceptions?Besides, my sense is that the complicated slicing and dicing in the accounting department is stressing out the employees, leading to occasional billing mistakes — I can see it in their faces, never mind the inconveniences that ensue for guests like me. At least, discrepancies are always rectified with dispatch. Regardless, I actually wish that I could live at Half Moon permanently. The overall atmosphere, the dedicated team working together to make everyone feel at home, and the meticulous tending of what nature has gifted us, is indeed a glimpse of what I imagine paradise might have to offer. I shall return!

Hi recommend the half moon for digs and food. Cool place and nice staff. We used it as a base for the 02 at Brixton. Used taxis both ways on the night. The suite room was huge.

Half Moon Herne Hill Lovely quirky rooms. Fantastic, friendly staff who were very helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Happy to stay here again in the future.

This was a last minute hotel that we found and was the most perfect pick. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were so helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast and great outdoor garden and pub for meals and a drink:) Will be coming back!
