Location is good. Walking distance from many things and restaurants. No coffee in the room nor lobby. There's a shop across the street but they open at 10.

Excellent location, nicely furnished room and bathroom. We stayed here in 2014 in a family room when our kids were small and were very excited to get to stay again 11 years later as just a couple. Location cannot be beat.

The room is clean and has lots of space, very affordable. The area is safe and very accessible to everything. The metro and bus stations are very close. The only downside is that if you have heavy luggage, this building does not have an elevator. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Our room window opened into a closed alley, although we understood it was the cheapest option and didn’t matter much, since we were out all the time. Room safe had reset button missing, so a code could not be set and hence it was unusable. We asked the person at the desk in the hallway, she said she’d look into it, nothing happened, not even a reply.
Room lacked a basic table/desk to put things on. It was clean however, and overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Just right
Excellent location, walking distance to sights and public transportation. A no-frills room, modern, spacious, and minimalist with a splash of color. We had a queen bed, fridge, and a spacious bathroom. A lovely three-day stay to remember.

We stayed at Hall Chiado for two nights before heading up the coast. The apartment was in a perfect location for a whistle-stop tour of Lisbon. It was also cool, quiet and very clean. Had a great stay.

Nice room near Pink Street
We had a lovely stay here. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was nice, and enough room for a family of 4. Separate room with bunk beds for the kids (although the top bunk bed did get warm, but we were here in July). The only other downside was there is not a lot of natural light…good for sleeping though! We were very close to Pink Street, but our room was on the opposite side, so was nice and quiet. We would stay here again!

Liked the convenience of self check in with a code that was sent to my phone. Room was nice.

Great location to reach train and metro. Staff are nice and helpful. The accessible entry very easy and safe.
