Bel établissement avec de belles prestations. Le personnel est agréable, les repas et petits déjeuners sont excellent. Le pub de l’h?tel vaut bien un pub traditionnel avec un personnel prévenant. Les tarifs des consommations sont raisonnables. Le seul petit bémol est que l’on est un peu excentré d’un ville pour sortir a pied le soir.

We were on a short trip over to attend a funeral nearby. So the Hotel was ideally situated for us. Cleanliness in the hotel was very good. Customer service & friendlyness from every member of staff we encountered. Only downside was the room was quite dated (stain on ceiling from previous leak was obvious), but didnt interfere with our stay. 3am both nights we were awoke by noisy drunken guest shouting in the corridor. Not the hotel's fault but spoiled a good nights sleep unfortunately both the nights we stayed. (Sunday and Monday), however would stay again in the future. If it wasnt for that I would have given 5 stars on everything.

We went with a coach party of 35 people. We received a very warm welcome and were pleased with our room. The evening meal was plentiful and delicious. The staff was entertaining, efficient, and helpful. We were sorry to leave after only one night and an equally generous, beautifully presented breakfast buffet.

We spent a few nights in the Hamlet booking was simple and had a very nice room overlooking the entrance. All the staff were very friendly but our server Sophie pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a great meal, compliments to the chefs this level of home cooking is hard to beat. Breakfast the next morning again was excellent server Brian , courteous and genuine. The food is so good here Sophie persuaded us to the bacon and cabbage the next night. You won’t go hungry at the “Hamlet” … Stephen served our next breakfast again a culinary master piece well served even though I went ‘Off piste’…..well done guys you run a great ship. And Ellie said a good ‘ Bon Voyage ‘ to us . So till the next time thank you.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to personally come on here and make a review on our fabulous stay in this wonderful hotel. Myself and my partner booked for the 13th July to the 14th one night some food drinks and to relax with friends. But I have to thank the first member of staff I met who just made my check in so incredibly easy and so professional and a wonderful smile Dean from the reception I checked in around half 5 /6 can't be 100% sure but he made the process so easy and set my fabulous evening in motion ??he is a fantastic assett to the hotel along with Mo himself who also played a hand in asking our evening enjoyable with his charming and humorous personality I can't wait to book again thank you so much ??
