Hello Arturo. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your visit to the Handlery Hotel. Receiving warm and friendly service from our staff sets the tone for a great stay. Giving the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and this was not your experience. We sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. We have made arrangements with another local hotel to use their pool and fitness facilities while we renovate our own. I apologize if this was not communicated to you at check in. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast (7am-11am) and dinner (4pm-9pm), and open for lunch on the weekends (12pm-4pm). Please feel free to let us know what in particular we can do differently with our restaurant hours to better accommodate our guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to take our guests bottles of water as we do not have complimentary bottles on property, just our vending machines. We would appreciate knowing the specifics on why are vending machine isn't working. Was it out of water or was it mechanical. This type of information will help the company that services them troubleshoot the issue better. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and hope you will give us an opportunity to better serve you in the future.
