美西第一站
对美国酒店的预期本来不高。
但是这家酒店还是比较满意。
我站在窗边，可以看到临街美景，游客穿梭…
房间挺大，三人各得其所，睡觉的，刷手机的，在衞生间门口有个小区域，我就在这里活动。
去哪儿都方便，早餐是酒店推荐的cafe mason，很好，给了10%的折扣。
步行去梅西百货方便。
步行去budget取车方便。
至于设施隔音，我都选择忽略，一切挺好。

我在这家酒店有一次非常美好的体验。抵达的那天我身体有些不舒服，虽然还没到正式的入住时间，但酒店贴心地立即为我安排了房间，还免费升级，让我能及时休息。这个细节让我第一天就感到很暖心。
在整个入住期间，遇到的每一位员工都非常有礼貌和专业。酒店的位置也十分优越，出行非常方便，周边餐馆选择也很多，很安全。
回到家后，我才发现外套落在了酒店。我发了邮件询问，工作人员很快就回复，并主动提出帮我把外套从美国寄回，他们的高效和用心让我非常感动。
总体来説，我对这家酒店的服务和热情好客非常满意，下次来旧金山我一定还会选择这里。

The young man at front desk was not friendly at the time I do check in. When I ask for assistance for wifi password, he did not reply just show a card with password on it. Bad impression at first. The location of hotel is great.

酒店靠近联合广场，位置非常好，晚上出来很安全。地铁站距酒店200米，可直接去机场。周围各路公交车可直达获换乘到达主要景点。距离当当车总站2-300米。酒店很乾净，天天都有很多外国人入住，在联合广场地段性价比很高。房间配有咖啡机，每天提供咖啡、红茶、橘子茶，咖啡机可以当热水机非常满足中国人愿意喝热水的要求。前台服务人员很热情，非常推荐。

Location is the best thing about it. Hotel itself was pleasant and clean. Room was okay. You get what you pay for. I guess if you want a more aesthetic room you’d have to upgrade or look for other hotels which may cost more. The room service was great. The staffs are helpful. One security guided us to where we could use the microwave. He was really kind. It’s just sad that parking is pricey. I’d come back here, if their rates are cheaper than the other options I will have.

主要是位置好 在联合广场 离铛铛车总站步行十分钟 很方便 房间衞生还不错 很乾净 饭店整体环境不是特别新 停车费75刀 有点贵 附近公共停车场很多 24小时停车费46刀 周边购物只有几家便利店 吃饭可以步行到唐人街 大约15分钟

Friendly staff (from front desk to housekeepers)~ it was great that we were able to be checked in early. It’s located right next to the union square, very convenient! Quiet room with comfy beds. Good rest after a long day city walk!~

The hotel’s location is top notch. They cleaned our room every day and every request was granted. Highly recommended. Especially for its price.
