Dear gulatal, We would like to thank you for your honest review and for staying in Hapimag Damnoni. While we do our best to make all our guests very happy, we regret that we did not make it to meet your expectations during your stay. Hapimag Damnoni is a secluded place, and indeed a car is useful to wander around the wonderful and unspoiled landscapes of the Cretan south. Additionally, taxis, rental cars, as well as numerous excursions are available for our guests on a daily basis, to enjoy the wonderful landmarks nearby or at ta further distance. With regards to our food options, at our two restaurants we are delighted this year to offer a 15-days themed buffets' dinner rotation schedule, for our guests to indulge themselves in different tastes and cultures every evening. In addition, at our taverna style a la carte pool restaurant, we offer various dishes and snack options, to provide the biggest possible variety to our valued guests, for the whole length of their holidays. Regarding the parking, we offer both options to assist all our guest's preferences, either payable with a symbolic fee in the vicinity of the reception area, or non-payable next to our resort's three exits, which are nearer to the apartments. This is due to the space limitation and we do apologize if we did not make it to satisfy your preferences. Additionally, kindly note that we have a pest control contract with a certified company and monthly interventions are carried out in all our resort premises. Moreover, all our apartment windows are equipped with window screen nets. Unfortunately, according to our pest control company, it was due to the high winds and the excessive humidity during that particular period of your stay that this issue occurred, when insects tried to find shelter and protection from the extreme weather conditions. Luckily it is a rare phenomenon and it has now ceased. Hoping to have shed some light to the points that caused you some inconvenience, we would be grateful if we had this information during your stay, be given the opportunity to take the necessary actions, rectify any issues that arose and make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable. We sincerely wish to welcome you back and that you will give us a second chance to offer you an amazing holiday experience, as this is our mission, for all our honored guests.
