Wir waren 2 Wochen im HAPIMAG Resort in San Agustin und haben wundervolle und erholsame Tage verbracht. Die direkte Lage am Sandstrand und die sch?ne Strandpromenade laden zum Entspannen und zu ausgiebigen Spazierg?ngen ein. In der n?heren Umgebung finden sich gute Restaurants und sorgen für kulinarische Abwechslung.

Fijn resort met eigen zwembad en wellness pool. Fijn smakelijk restaurant , broodjes service. Behulpzame receptie van 8-20 en fijn appartement met keuken, privé balkon. Voor gezin prima, slaapkamer met 2 losse bedden en slaapbank van 2 losse bedden in woonkamer. Super strandje op loopafstand met strandbedjes voor 4 euro per dag( via Hapimag) we hadden huurauto en gereserveerd plekje op eigen terrein.

Il Resort è fantastico...location vicinissima al mare .Veniamo qui oramai da 7 anni e nonostante siamo dei viaggiatori qui ci sentiamo coccolati da tutto il personale.Giuseppe l'italiano alla Reception è veramente unico aiuta a risolvere tutti i problemi degli italiani che talvolta molto spesso direi non parlano né inglese né spagnolo.Paula è una ragazza spagnola che spesso fa da spalla a Giuseppe per venire incontro a tutti.Alexsander tedesco e la Signora Olandese sono collaborativi e sempre disponibili.Il Ristorante con l'arrivo dei nuovi Chef è superlativo e Felix e Cecilia che gestiscono la sala sono veramente fantastici ti coccolano talmente tanto che a volte vorresti fare più cene insieme.Che dire Ragazzi non vi perdete questa occasione di sentirvi a casa vostra all'estero!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Ressort in San Agustin. Die Appartements sind optisch sehr einladend, die Lage perfekt. Man hat die Busstation praktisch vor der Türe und kann die Gegend wunderbar erkunden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend, besonders Alex von der Rezeption. Ich habe selten einen so netten und bemühten Mitarbeiter erlebt, der gerne Tipps für diverse Aktivit?ten, Restaurants und Einkaufsm?glichkeiten gibt. Gro?es Lob !!!

Ottimo resort situato sulla plaja de sant agostin. Dotato di tutti i confort, tra cui due piscine di acqua salata di cui una con diversi tipi di idromassaggio. Usciti dall' acqua si può fare una bella doccia con acqua calda. Uniche cose da migliorare sono l' orario di chiusura delle piscine alle 18.30 che è l' ora migliore per rilassarsi e godersi il sole. In Spagna fa notte molto più tardi che in Italia, infatti alle ore 20 c'è ancora gente che fa il bagno in mare. L' altra è il personale alla reception che non parla assolutamente italiano, cosa molto spiacevole, visto che ci sono numerosi soci italiani. All' interno c'è il ristorante Palmeras dove si mangia molto bene. Simpaticissimo ed educatissimo il cameriere Giorgio.

We loved our stay at Hapimag San Agustin. A fabulous location by the beach, with great beach bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well appointed and clean. It's about 50 minutes to Playa del Ingles, but easy to also catch a bus or get a taxi. The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Durch die nebenliegende Strasse und die Hotels in der Umgebung ist das nicht gerade der ruhigste Platz auf der Insel. Kleinere Wohnungen, aber mit dem gewohnten Hapimag Standart. Die Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten von der Anlage entfernt sorgt dafür, das Mann viele Ziele auf der Insel bequem mit dem preiswerten Bus erreichen kann. Flughafentransfer mit dem Bus 3,50 Euro

Very helpful staff and excellent restaurant, best in area by far. Really no downsides or areas to improve but always find Hapimag so reliable and high standard

Sehr gut, es fehlt vielleicht nur paar Angebote für Fitness, Yoga z. B. Wir freuen uns, hoffentlich n?chstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
