Not clean, sleeping is not comfortable regardless night and not a good view from the window. And not what I expected from the internet photos.

Visit was for medical reasons, didn't expect 2 big flights of stairs to the room, far too hard...
Need and asked for a printed invoice to claim expenses but they won't give me one....

The worst room in history. The stench of curry permeating our room from the curry place downstairs made us feel ill. A/C so dirty it didn't work, bathroom door knob nearly off,bed up against a wall so difficult for one person to get in and out of bed.
But the stench so bad.
I don't recommend anyone staying at this putrid place.

This facility is old, dated, unclean in places and not maintained well. Just needed a bed for the night and it was overpriced and had no choice. Would not recommend. Just a side hustle for another business.

The room quite okay, nearby many restaurant including Indian and Chinese restaurant. Walking distance to city. Also near to the sky bus airport bus stop.
Cons: no one at the counter to check in. You have to call the owner. Can use public phone to call the number at the counter.

It wasn't pleasant to stay there...
no reception , no control who can follow you to the room as the front door are open.
no elevator, heavy bags are not recommended to stay here.
This place is not very clean, own by Chinese and there a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor, we will not recommend to go there??

Hotel is in great location. Just the cleanliness may be an issue for someone looking for high standards. Was happy with the cost which it came for.

Very nice little hotel. Felt like a nice private place to come back to after a day’s roaming. Clean and quiet despite being in the heart of town. I’ve stayed there twice and I find it very pleasant.

Very good value! Had a room two flights up above the excellent restaurant DingDings. Comfortable bed, clean room. Quiet- except for a few doors slammed by neighbors. Just a few blocks to shops, nice walk to the port. Close to Skybus stop #4 from airport. Very international guests while i was there 2 nights. Young woman at restaurant counter very helpful if no one at registration desk. From US, very happy to be able to spend a few days in Tasmania at this hotel.
