Staying in Whitby and went here for meal and drinks. Service and atmosphere were fantastic. Staff were so friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend. Meg, Julia and Jayden were amazing and so professional. Cocktails and food were fantastic!

Harry’s lounge is nice and the rooms are clean. The bathroom in our room was uncomfortably small but it was clean and fully functioning. The location is great and the staff were helpful. Despite the hotel being on a busy road, we were not disturbed by any noice from outside.

My friends I visited yesterday. The staff were amazing. Friendly, attentive and funny. We had drinks and food and loved it. The choice of drinks and food is fabulous. A cocktail was a cocktail and not slush in a glass. If you can’t get a seat outside don’t walk by as the inside is fabulous. Bathroom facilities were immaculate. Definitely recommend it.

Very accommodating. Lovely friendly staff. Service good. Food really good .we ate outside. Tables cleaned as soon as guest left so kept nice and tidy for the next customers. The inside was really nice. Very clean with lovey decor. Keep uo the good work. Loved it

This morning we decided to attend Harry’s Bar for breakfast instead of having the standard breakfast in the hotel. We ordered a large English breakfast and Brioche Eggy Bread. The server was very quiet and didn’t look us in the eye and hardly spoke. We had another server that brought our drinks who was very friendly and nice however. Our breakfasts arrived and my wife’s was missing things on the plate that were described on the menu and the Brioche Eggy bread was for want of a better word soggy. My breakfast was also missing items which were 1 sausage and a tomato and was also described as having Mushrooms and I have one single mushroom on the plate. The breakfast that was on the plate was very mixed in quality with the eggs being fantastic and the sausage being fine however the beans, bacon and toast were terrible. It was busy shortly after we arrived so I decided not to report the issues my breakfast as it tolerable to be missing 2 items at the time. My wife’s was worse than mine so she did ask them to support and when she advised that her breakfast did not represent what was on the menu the male sever simply said what did expect to see? We advised him of the missing items and the sogginess of the bread even though it was described as pan fried and he went and retrieved a menu and said yes your missing an item and went to retrieve it without addressing the other issues. The environment was very high quality and a good atmosphere and the drinks were fine. We would go back for drinks however we would not return for breakfast.

One night stay - The instructions from the Team on arrival were very clear and they were extremely helpful, checking in was simple and parking easy. The newly refurbished Bar and Restaurant area is lovely and we decided to eat in the hotel for our evening meal (which is highly unusual), which was fantastic. We stayed in the Moet penthouse room, which had a fantastic view of the harbour with a comfortable sofa quirky bathroom arrangement. It was furnished to a high standard and extremely clean. We have already planned to go back in the summer. We were really impressed with the levels of standards from the team. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air.

Had a fantastic two nights stay the room was spotlessly clean really comfortable bed with great views of the harbour .food was fantastic and a good choice.there is also plenty of cocktails to choose from but what made the stay was the friendly staff that worked there morning for breakfast and at night nothing was too much for them

Brilliant hotel, We stayed for 2 nights in early November Spotlessly clean Very comfy bed Brilliant hot shower Nespresso coffee machine in room Sea view was beautiful Staff go above and beyond, so friendly. Thank you very much for making my birthday weekend so amazing
