The staff are very friendly, nice, and helpful. The place is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient and close to everything.

This was our best hotel stay in sapa. It is family run and they were the kindest, most accommodating people you could meet.

Family run, sincere service like how one would receive guests at home. Ala carte breakfast or eggs or pho with help yourself fruit platter, bread coffee and tea. Spacious rooms. English speaking and super helpful. Will help you with your bookings including taxis. Highly recommended

We arrived in Sapa after a long bus ride up from Hanoi. This was a great hotel stay for the few hours of sleep that was needed before heading out to the village areas! We got in after 1 PM, but the host was extremely friendly and very hospitable! Without asking, we even got a free upgrade! The beds were comfy, and the pillows were great! The next morning we were served a delicious breakfast that was included, and we had our choice of eggs, pancakes, or local cuisine to add to our meal for free of charge. Check in was smooth and checkout was also smooth. I would have stayed here longer if my travel time allowed for it! I highly recommend this place for your time in Sapa town!
