Great location
Such a lovely place in a fantastic location. Very comfortable bed and nice to have a coffee machine too.

Wundersch?n, WiFi unbrauchbar
Altes Haus mitten im Stadtzentrum mit 3 wundersch?n renovierten Zimmern, die nur über enge, steile Treppen zu erreichen sind. Badezimmer ist im Detail etwas schludrig gemacht, aber insgesamt sehr sch?n.
Parking findet sich im nahegelegenen Westgate-Einkaufszentrum, keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wermutstropfen: WiFi ist unbenutzbar - 50 KB/s reicht nicht mal zum einfachen Surfen. Wer vom Hotelzimmer aus arbeiten muss, hat schlechte Karten, denn das GSM-Netz vor Ort ist auch nicht besser.

携程图片是假的，没有草坪没有院子没有前台，楼梯小的几乎要搬不上去行李箱，行李也是不能寄存的，要自己找地方付费寄存。

Great location to get around town. Would stay here again. Ceiling fans didn’t work but other than that, it was a very nice stay

Not sure what to say
Safe didn't work, there was no room turnover, fridge contained an empty beer bottle, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom (never seen a cockroach in the UK before). The room door didn't deadlock, or lock from the inside. Quaint and in a good location though.

The location had set a set air conditioner to 20-23 degrees Celsius and it would not go down at all nor cool, we had to sleep with all the windows open because of the heat. The reception is not in the building and nobody could come and help us at all when we discovered none of the ceiling fans worked. When I called the reception the reception person had me check under the bed for a switch that was non existent, then flip all of the switches multiple times to see if any worked for the fan. On top of it he told me nobody could come to fix it since he couldn’t leave the reception desk at his location. It was unbearably hot inside and no a/c and no overhead fans was a terrible combo. I would not go here again personally.

Great location and OK accommodation.
Henry's location is excellent. And the accommodation is OK. It's a bit tired around the edges (mould in the shower, windows not cleaned for several years, etc.) But OK. We missed the little things, like not being able to store our bags anywhere safe.

AirBnB like place, but they did not provide the entry codes ahead of time. When I called the front desk (of a different hotel) the gentleman who answered also didn't know the entry code, but he did call back 20 minutes later with the code. Also adjusting thermostat did nothing, it was cold no matter what I set it to.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We got the third level room and it was nice and served its purpose. My only complaint with the room was that the bathroom absolutely reeked of mold. Other than that, the location was great, very walkable, and we enjoyed our stay (other than the terrible mold smell).

A fabulous location for all things Oxford. We used the Redbridge park & ride (being over 60 we only had to pay for the car which was ￡8.50 for 48 hours and we used our senior bus passes on the bus). The bus stop is so close to Henry’s - literally around the corner. The little apartment could have done with a more scrupulous clean but the bed linen and towels were properly laundered. Generous size towels and a super comfy bed.
