I went to Heranya Yala on 21st March since it was in patan, me and my fiance was planning to visit patan Durbansquare. We booked the place coz it was next to patan durbansquare however after reaching Heranya Yala it was nothing but disappointment. Room that was provided to us had no television, water was basically tap water coz i can see it wasn’t sealed too, air-con wasn’t working had to call their team for help ..their kettle was dusty and also basket of coffee/tea … worst part was that reception was unattended and could hear phone ringing till in our room & could hear the footstep of people walking up & down .. at that point we were abit annoyed already so decided to check out and then when we went to reception desk to checkout there was no one … i had to call the guy (their team) to inf that we are leaving since we make the payment when we check in . …i really hope you guys will improve infuture & take it as constructive criticism

If you want to get a deeper look at the heritage then this is the place. It might look uncomfortable at the beginning but trust me you will love it. Thank me later.
