It was queit neighborhood 3 km away from Chiang Mai Pao public park, went there once it was nice.
As of Jan 26, building next to Herry Residence is undergoing some construction some during daytime I hear construction sound. At night music from public park can be heard too, but that was during flower festival, so I can't complain.
The room I stayed bit dark, not much sunshine during morning so I ended up waking up late. Very cute cafe nearby called 'all by myself'.

I really liked the location of Herry Residence—it’s very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the shower itself was great. The beds are also very comfortable, which made it easy to rest well.
One small issue was that the shower gel dispenser was empty and hadn’t been refilled, so while I was already in the shower I had to use shampoo instead. Also, the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming, with more smiles and clearer communication with guests.
Other than these minor points, it’s a great value for money, and I would recommend staying here.
