Fantastic staff. Very helpful and caring. The rooms are large and clean. Excellent location. Great for getting around and at the end of the day, enjoy the bath and relax.

自驾来箱根选了Hesta背包房旅店内有吸菸室和男女分开的澡堂交谊厅也有卖喝的吃的可以自行取用旅店不提供交通接驳

L albergo si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal lago e dalla funivia. La camera grande e pulita, nella stanza c'è solo il wc e il lavandino, in albero c'è l onsen. è presente il servizio lavanderia. Nota negativa: Nelle vicinanze non ci sono ristoranti e non è servita in continuazione da autobus quindi rischi di dover mangiare cibo surgelato ( ci sono dei distributori in hotel)
