Staff were amazing. Everyone working there has been so kind and warm. Special shout out to Giorgio and Vasillios (forgive me if they’re not spelled right) for being the best bartenders and making my stay so much fun!

Ich hatte eine super Massage bei Pavlos, kann die Massage hier im Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Professionelle Behandlung, werde eine weitere buchen. Aber auch sonst fühlen wir uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl und super betreut. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Vous trouverez Angie pour vos séances photos d’excellente qualité, Didi pour réserver vos soins et massages au top, ainsi que Maria très bonne masseuses pour les massages professionnel. Dans s un cadre d’exception et le tout animé par une équipe très serviable et dynamique. Valérie et sylvain

Gisteren thuis gekomen van 15 dagen High Beach Resort & Spa. Het was een zeer geslaagde vakantie, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hadden een Aqua Marine Suite geboekt met zeezicht, een super mooie kamer met hydro massage bad en walk-in regendouche. Er waren voor ons 2 bedjes met dikke kussens gereserveerd op het strand, dus geen handdoeken leggen 's morgens. De bediening was super vriendelijk, het eten was gevarieerd en zeer smakelijk. Van het a la carte restaurant hebben we om die reden geen gebruik gemaakt. Het was een mooi verzorgd complex. De manager mr. Yannis was een bijzonder aardige man die 's avonds ook zijn zangkunsten ten gehore bracht tijdens de optredens van Griekse muzikanten. Een kleine kanttekening is dat het overgrote deel Duitse gasten zijn. De groeten aan mister Yannis from mister Wim ?

We wanted to go somewhere with a nice private beach close to the hotel but also not too far from the city, and this was the perfect place! The staff was very nice, the food was good, we had a good stay!

On the end of August, beginning of September we stayed at the High Beach White wing of this resort, which is for adults only, in Malia. This resort is managed perfectly with a very friendly staff that have the goal to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a perfect 42 sqm. room, beautifully designed and that seemed to be new, good, big bed, excelent bathroom with big towels and bathrobes, and a good view to the sea from the nice balcony. All the resort is beautifully designed and taken care off and very very clean. The resort has 5 pools, usually empty of people in the water but with people on the sunbeds around them. The restaurant of the resort was nice, spacious, clean and quiet and the food was varied, interesting and in abundace. The restaurant staff was very helpful and nice. The only disadvantage for us was that the beach,( which is really close and you can go in your swim suit and where you have a reserves seat ) is very narrow and crowded with chairs which don't leave the space to feel the sea or even to walk on the beach. The staff does the maximum in order to make their beach nice to stay but it is still crowded. If you don't care about the beach this is a lovely and perfect resort.

Starting off the holliday, my experience was really good! The staff are very helpfull and also very nice. They always smile and show interest to the guests. I was there beginning september for one week. After two days, they give us a gift upgrade to the suite with own swimming pool. Also, the hotel is near the beach and pleasure beach. The entertainment in the evening was also nice. Big thanks to all the staff!

Viki was a good Masseur. She asks, if everything is ok, higher the pressure as I ask. The head massage was lovely. Everytime again.
