Great location!! However the hotel smells like mold, carpet is dirty, bathrooms has ceiling feeling from a repair of a water leaks not repair properly….washing machines are old and make extremely loud rocking noise other than that hotel is nice just need some hotel investments….

The staff are the only reason for a 3 star. Without them, it would have been a -5!
Hotel smells musty and moldy. Poor repair and not inviting once you pass the lobby. I would not choose this hotel again. For the money, there are better options.

Hotel was very very nice and comfortable. 10/10. But I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, although the service was great...the available menu was limited, overpriced, and didn't taste very good.

Overall, it was really nice. We didn’t eat breakfast because we went out with family.

Room was spotless Angela at the front desk was extraordinary. She was able to get me in a little sooner than regular check-in because I am handicapped. I’m in a wheelchair and I’m moving back to Iowa where I’m from and she was most gracious most helpful and I really really appreciate it. The attention she gave me. It was nice to have someone care.

The carpet in general are stained and dirty. The staff was very informal. The floors smelled of dirty. Needs to clean carpets.

Staff is always professional and easy to approach. Rooms are always clean and never an issue in finding parking. This particular Holiday Inn has become my go to for all my trips to Mobile. Thank you!

The property isn’t visible from the interstate and is behind a Motel 6, surrounded by several other off-brand motels. Just not a good feel when traveling alone.

The first room they gave us smelled like mold and mildew so we asked to be moved to a different room. That was the first time that happened at this location still don’t think I’ll stay there again.

It is so convenience and clean. However, the laundry is not good. Because teaching machine did work, but dry machine is out of service. So, I should go coin laundry.
