Central beliggende studie lejelighed. Vi var meget glade for at vi valgte en 4 pers. lejlighed, da vi ellers ville have udsigt til bagg?rd og ingen balkon.
Lejligheden er stor med aircon. Meget central beliggende.
Vi boede i h?js?sonen, s? parkeringsplads kan v?re sv?rt at finde. Desuden meget larm n?r balkon d?ren st?r ?bent.

Not entirely sure why there aren't many reviews for this aparthotel. Having just returned from staying 3 nights I feel obliged to shout about it. It is basic, but an Italian kind of basic. It's got a simple reserved charm that embraces an amazing location. Just steps away from the lake. Baveno is not a huge place but everything is here and on your doorstep. Shops, restaurants, bars, ferry to Stresa and the Islands. The apartment had a small but functional kitchen, a reasonable bathroom and a good amount space. Above all it was clean and to a high standard. The hidden gem, or not so quite hidden is the roof top terrace. A wonderful place to eat and drink with a view over the lake. Yes we could've done with Aircon, a fan was provided, but that did not stop the enjoyment of staying here at all. Often accommodation is about having ' The ' location. That special convenient place that provides you with things on the door step but is quietly tucked away. If that is what you are seeking and you don't want a budget breaking stay in Stresa then please consider this place.

Clean and comfortable place to live
All looks good. Good location, very near-by public transportation, near lake and accessible to markets.

Great place
I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. Some other reviews have mentioned it being noisy outside but this wasn't an issue for me as the balcony and main window faced an interior courtyard rather than the outside street. Check in was very easy and I was able to check in a few hours early.
