Great location! In front of Robinsons mall. Friendly staff

The location is very convenient since it was just in front of Robinsons Palawan. Check in process was smooth as the staff already checked us in prior to arriving. The complimentary airport transfer was good. The driver was on time. Just had a few hiccups when I initially reserved for a complimentary airport transfer as the socmed admin seems puzzled at first. But just a minor flaw. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent especially it’s a buffet. Extra stars for being flexible, was able to give us a packed breakfast since we are leaving early morning. Extra stars also for the helpful and proactive staff. Overall, it was a great stay and would book again when I go back to Puerto Princesa.

High regards to the staff of the hotel whose sincerity and warmth made my stay very comfortable. There may be limitations in terms of the facilities but the competent staff overcome all of these. The location of the hotel is also a great advantage. The food is also perfect that is made more delicious because of the warm accommodation of the staff.

The room is nice but the bathtub and tiles around it need a face lift. The reception area looks like that of a 2 star hotel.
Outside this I have to commend Constantina who made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. She is an awesome hostess. Please commend and reqard her.
I am very very unhappy with Trip.com because they wrote that the place is in Kolomaki. However it is in Ilissia. I chose it because I believed it was in Kolonaki. Like the others I chose they are not clear on the specific locations of the hotels on their site.

酒店位置非常不错，距离市中心仅2.0公里，交通便利，周边吃饭逛街的地方也很多哦，景点也很近哦，步行至地铁站约6分钟，从酒店前往机场约需30分钟哦。
酒店的房间大部分都是套房设计，面积很大哦，有45平米，整体装修风格是现代时尚简约的路线，比较适合现代人的审美哦。酒店虽然有一定年限了，但整体保养情况新净，乾净卫生，房间设施一应俱全哦，洗手间也干湿分离，有一种住在家里的感觉哦????
