Excellent in all respects location breakfast

Excellent place to stay. The whole property was immaculate. Very nice breakfast cooked to order. Very friendly couple running the B&B, particularly Lucy who was 'front of house' for breakfast.

Warm welcome and lovely breakfast
I had a lovely warm welcome from Lucy and delicious breakfasts from John (perfect poached eggs!) at their beautifully-presented house less than 5min walk from the North Norfolk Railway, public transport links (bus and train) and lots of other amenities.
Room 7 is classed as a basic double, and while it’s quite a compact room up in the eaves (ideal for single occupancy and maybe not for the very tall) it makes great use of space and is very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean, with some of those little touches that often get annoyingly missed out - somewhere to put your things in the shower, adequately-sized bath towels, and a really good electric fan.
I will definitely stay at Holway House again if I’m visiting the area, and some of the other guests I coincided with were repeat visitors as well.

Amazing B&B! We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and had 4 rooms - a double, 2 x King and a superior King. All rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. John and Lucy are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We loved our rooms and Lucy’s fantastic artwork added a touch of class. John is an excellent chef, the breakfasts were delicious, and Lucy’s homemade jams were very tasty. Holway House is well situated being within walking distance of the town and the Heritage Railway. We will definitely re visit

Fantastic B&B in an ideal location, nice and quiet but only a short walk from the town and seafront. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection & all freshly cooked. Lucy & John are perfect hosts, friendly & knowledgeable. We will be back!

I’ve stayed at Holway House twice in the last couple of years, and I have to say, I can’t fault it. The interior is immaculate, having been recently completely renovated, The breakfast menu is fantastic, fresh fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast of your choice, and homemade jams. The cooked breakfast is very tasty. and the owners (John & Lucy) are very friendly and helpful. The location is very handy for the M&GN Steam Railway (Well worth a visit) and the British Railway stations, 2 to 3 minute walk, and about a 5-minute walk to the sea front. Altogether a very enjoyable stay,
