施设はきれい。広い。立地もよい。ただ、フロントの対応がひどい。朝食券は言わないとくれないし、费用も现金のみと言われるし、チェックアウトに1时间かかった。しかも后日未払いと连络が来た。

房间还挺大的；衞生就一般；生活洗漱用品配套不够齐全；阳台门也有点坏；很难开；楼下就一张桌子；让黑人在服务；服务太差了；提前入住还要收小费

Modern well furnished high rise with a great view. The whole family enjoyed their stay.

Great view and location
Great place and location. Sorry we only stayed for one night waiting on a flight. Will stay again on return flight and consider for future visits. Comfortable space for family of 7.

Ottima sistemazione a pochi metri dal terminal ferry per zanzibar. Eravamo un gruppo di 4 amici. Avevamo tre camete a disposizione con 4 bagni. C è cucina attrezzata, lavabiancheria, piscina con vista sullo skyline che sembrava di essere a New York. Peccato restarci solo una notte. Appunto: la colazione è disponibile dalle 7. Quindi, avendo il traghetto a quell ora, non ne abbiamo potuto approfittare. Considerando che il locale dove si fa la colazione fa servizio h24, sarebbe stato apprezzato poterne approfittare

Amazing view near ferry terminal
We were visiting Tanzania with 2 families and kids. We picked this property because of proximity to the ferry terminal. It did not disappoint, with a beautiful apartment at a good price and spectacular views of the harbor. Kids in our group loved the outdoor pool on the 4th floor. The included breakfast buffet is in a ****** across the street, and it is outstanding. Staff in the lobby are helpful.
The only downsides were that the taxes and extra occupant fees pushed the price up, and the neighborhood is not great for walking due to sidewalks being crowded with people in the ferry area, and it is not convenient to any beaches.

Superb. Fast check-in. Convenient location. The Snr Manager even had his own drill to assist in opening a suitcase with a lost key. Close to the boat terminal. Airport transfer was affordable and super friendly. Recommended stay. My view to the port was breathtaking.

We went to Dar-es-salaam on a 4 week holiday. We booked the Penthouse at Fairview Luxury Apartments. We planned to stay in Dar for a month. The initial booking to the final check out was amazingly handled and an outstanding service was provided by the Manager Zianne. We had a few settling in issues but these were dealt with Zianne and her assistant John very professionally and immediately. Nothing was a problem to fix any issues if there were any. The apartment was big being a penthouse for two of us ,the cleaning service provided was excellent and the ladies who came to clean were really helpful and courteous; and so were all the staff we came across. A special mention for John, as he was such a polite, professional person who was extremely courteous and helpful in every way possible for any help we needed. Nothing phased him and always came to the apartment with a smile on his face. All this credit of courteous of their staff goes to Zianne and her management style. We had an amazing time and we will be returning back soon! We felt even though the apartment was expensive it was well worth it!! Thank you Zianne and team! The apartment is situated in the centre of the town within easy reach of all amenities, to make an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable and shower facilities were good and so was the air conditioning system in every room and because of the hot weather this was a blessing!! We never had any power outage in the whole month we stayed. Whereas the whole of Dar were suffering power cuts. due to hot weather the whole of Dar were complaining how hot it was, but we were very much looked after and we loved being in a cool apartment. Thank you Zianne, you were amazing and we are returning back soon!!

An absolute gem! This apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is so modern and the rooms are beautiful. We had a really nice decorated living room and dining room with a fully furnished kitchen. The staff were lovely too and in such an amazing location.

On a passé 2 nuits dans les appartements de FAIRVIEW et c’était une belle expérience. C’était très propre et très spacieux. Sans parler du petit déjeuner très copieux.
