We had a great stay at the Hostal Casa Cascada! The owners were very nice and friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience at puerto ayora (ex: they helped us cancel & get a refund for a tour we booked through ******* so we could rebook the same tour locally for a much lower price). The breakfast began at 6:45 and was only 6$; we asked for hot chocolate the first morning and they did not have any but made sure we could have some for the next day. We were also lucky to have had the opportunity to rent snorkeling gear from them and to have them explain everything we had to know about Santa Cruz Island. My only "negative" point was that we struggled to get warm water in the shower but it seems like many other places had the same issue so it shouldn't be a criteria to chose this place or not. Thank you so much for the great stay and service ??

Уютный гостевой дом. Вежливые хозяева. Очень чисто. До океана 17 минут пешком. Хозяйка посоветовала хорошие экскурсии.

Great hotel with clean spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The owners Rocìo and Sandro are extremely friendly and helpful. Tours and transfers can easily be arranged through them. The giant tortoise tour has been especially nice and organized directly by Sandro, who’s also a tour guide for Wonderful Galapagos. I can definitely recommend this nice family owned hotel.
