Great hotel high recomend, clean and nice, close to local beach

One star less because of the mess they made with sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. It is a shame for such a good hotel that we have to literally fight for them in the morning. Every year less and less, just buy 50 more it will be a great solution. I am talking on behalf of most of the guests and as someone who has been to this hotel numerous times since it’s opened in the eighties (as someone whose father is from Petrovac). The minor stuff I will not mention (but in my humble it needs a bit of redecoration). Now to the good stuff. All other things are more or less perfect. The stuff is excellent, polite. Food is great and the prices in the bar by the pool are really reasonable. Rooms are good, it was quiet and great holiday, apart from that issue. I really hope that someone from the management will read it and correct it.

Currently staying at the hotel. Beautiful calm mornings with sea view watching birds flying in over the sea. Excelent and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and tasty meals. Staying with 2 children. Its great to have both indor and outdor pools and wellness. Hotel beach is beautiful

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Hotel staff was so frendly and helpfull. Clean rooms and good meal options. Really loved our stay here. I would totaly recomend it to everyone: single persons, families and older people. It is a perfect place to spend your vacation.

We arrived on Sunday evening with our family and were told there was no room for us because it was given to another group, even though we paid extra for a sea view. They moved us to another hotel for the first night, which was further from the sea and without the view we paid for. Only after our travel agent intervened did we get our room the next day. The sea view was really beautiful and the best part of the hotel. However, the room itself was quite old, with stained towels and sheets, broken curtains, and dirt under the sofa. Every night there was loud music from the beach bar until 1 am, which made it hard to sleep, especially with small children. The food was tasty with a good selection, especially with delicious sea food and salads, but drinks were terrible, with watery powdered juice (only cold water flowed from the machine) and bad coffee. One morning, instead of coffee, there was just a sour liquid in the machine. Also, many utensils in the restaurant were dirty, which was unpleasant. Overall, while the view was amazing, the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness, noise control, and overall management.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks.? The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm!? Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc. ?The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door.? Cleaned every day and cleaned well.? Lots of restaurants and shops close by.? The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box)? We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey

The hotel is in a lovely area and has nice grounds. My room was large and very well-equipped. The room wasn't very well serviced and the patio door was difficult to close. The dining room was out of bounds for 3 days for a conference they had booked in so we were put in a small room with much less choice. The food was not very warm and not the best. However the singer who ca.e three times in the week was excellent a d the rep was also very good.

This Hotel is NOT 4star+… we went with Saga hoping that we would get a 4 Star adult’s only.. no children running about in the restaurant.. the food very repetitive no butter on the 1st day.. watered down fruit juices,, and if you are gluten free god help you.. rooms.. thread bare sheets thread bare and holes in towels stained towels holes in the curtains… pool.. half of the parasols are broken… the only good thing we had was a great rep in Dragan..

Avons séjourné 1 semaine (du 10 au 17 juin) à l’h?tel Palas à Petrovac: du bien , du moins bien et du pas bien. Pétrovac est un village situé dans une petite baie en bord de mer: l’h?tel est situé au bord de la plage (juste une promenade piétonne à traverser). La plage est en petits cailloux et petits galets; il est plus confortable de penser à prendre des chaussures de plage mais sinon on en trouve dans toutes les boutiques du secteur; l’eau de mer est très propre et d’une transparence extraordinaire; à environ 150m au large, 2 petites ?les dont 1 qui est surplombée par une petite chapelle, c’est vraiment très joli. Le long de la promenade piétonne, plein de restaurants, bars et boutiques; des excursions en bateau y sont proposées. Les transats sur la plage sont payants: pour 2 transats et 1 parasol, il faut compter 20€ la journée; mais sinon, on peut aussi étendre sa serviette à même le sol gratuitement. L’h?tel: nous avions réservé 1 semaine en demi pension avec une chambre vue mer; à notre arrivée, on nous remet les cartes (2) pour la chambre, mais malheureusement c’est une chambre avec vue jardin; donc on retourne à la réception et on nous échange les cartes pour une chambre vue mer: arrivés dans la chambre, nous constatons que la vue y est incroyable; vue directe sur la promenade, la plage et les 2 ?les en face, vraiment très beau.?La chambre est grande avec balcon, tv, petit frigo, clim, canapé et lit king size; une grande armoire de rangement . La salle bain comprend WC, lavabo et douche à l’italienne.?Le ménage est fait tous les jours: c’est propre mais sans plus… traces de moisissures à la paroi de douche, moquette de la chambre tachée, porte fenêtre du balcon qu’il faut vraiment claquer pour qu’elle se ferme correctement (le souci, c’est que si elle n’est pas fermée, la clim ne s’enclenche pas).?Dans l’armoire de la chambre, un coffre fort avec code digital; aucune explication pour savoir comment créer ce code: donc retour à la réception pour demander ces explications et là on me donne une feuille explicative et en fran?ais. Je retourne à la chambre mais, malheureusement, cette feuille ne correspond pas au modèle de coffre de notre chambre, donc retour réception où finalement un employé vient avec nous: il essaye sans succès, puis il arrive à verrouiller le coffre mais sans pouvoir le déverrouiller; donc il retourne à la réception pour prendre une clé qui permet d’ouvrir le coffre et, après quelques minutes, on arrive enfin à créer un code secure. Comme nous sommes arrivés le matin vers 10H00 (on a pu avoir la chambre dès notre arrivée et ?a c’est très bien), et comme nous sommes en demi pension, nous sommes allés déjeuner le midi dans un des nombreux restos sur la promenade (il a y beaucoup de choix).? Repas de l’h?tel: cela fait des années que l’on va dans des h?tels de cette catégorie, mais jamais on a été autant dé?us par la restauration (c’est un buffet): très peu de variétés différentes, beaucoup de plats en ragouts, et pas de s

L’h?tel n’est pas tout à fais neuf. Mais il reste raisonnable très très bien situé! A proximité restaurant plage il y avait même une fete foraine le soir. Ils ne proposent pas de parking même si c’est ecris 15€ par nuit mais il y a un grand parking à 5-10 minutes à pieds.
