Nice little boutique hotel walking distance from shopping and Salesforce HQ. The room is small, but enough for 1-2 people. Only complaint is you can hear everything in the halls and some people constantly going between rooms were very disruptive.

Hotel room was nice but when going to go shower there was little to no hot water. Shower was a bit complicated to start. Overall receptionist were nice and it’s very close to Chinatown

Great stay but only downside is there is no valet parking or self-parking garage that belongs to the hotel. Wouldn’t have booked here if I had known that initially… also didn’t get a free drink voucher as advertised for gold members…. but other than that the hotel was very nice and modern. Still worth the nice stay for the affordable price overall.

Great little hotel near Chinatown. Convent Bar and lounge attached to the hotel with discounts for guests. Past the check-in is a nice sitting area with a TV a mind free coffee and tea. Great location for walking the downtown area.

The hotel was in a great, safe location. I rented a car but ended up barely using it because the hotel was so well located. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were so nice and accommodating and truly went out of their way for everyone.

Great example of its type Great location and well appointed. Typical of the small old hotel renos in major cities that provide smallish but stylish rooms with a very reasonable price tag. If you like to spend lots of time in your hotel room, or demand lots of space, this is not your kind of place. But if you’re spending lots of time in your room in San Francisco, maybe you should just visit Dallas.

The hotel is located in a nice central area of SF. It was easy to take the train, bus, and Uber to and from. The hotel room is a good size. The bed was too soft for us, but that is a personal preference thing. No A/C, which in late Sept. wasn't too bad- still kind of stuffy even with the ceiling fan on. Hotter months would be terrible. The shower glass is not long enough- pooling of water outside the shower was common- they do provide plenty of towels, and they were all used. Overall, had a nice stay, though would not stay again due to the bed, and absolutely not in the summer unless you are just used to no A/C hot sleep. The staff were very professional and helpful.
