Albergo non nuovissimo ma con camere grandissime. La mia aveva anche un salottino. La casa che più mi è piaciuta è stata la qualità della biancheria, sia del letto che del bagno. Letto king size comodissimo. Frigo bar super fornito, set cortesia di ogni genere. Ci hanno fornito un pass per poter usufruire dei trasporti pubblici gratuitamente. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Ginevra, tornerei volentieri in questo hotel Forse migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini

We’ve stayed here several times over the last several years. It’s a smaller hotel, not a chain. It’s a great location with short walk to the vielle ville and shopping, great restaurants etc. The hotel has parking and big rooms. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

this hotel was our refuge after a cancelled flight at 2030hrs at the boarding gate. From our arrival to leaving Antonio was the the most amazing hotel staff member we have come across. Professional, courteous and so helpful - everything we needed after a very arduous and disappointing day with our travels. He even phoned a nearby restaurant to check they would stay open after 10pm for a party of 9 of us. Thankyou Antonio! Vous etes superb! The room and beds were spacious and comfortable and just what we needed.

Téléphoner pour réserver, et s’entendre dire vous n’avez qu’à écrire un mail nous ne prenons pas par téléphone c’est bien la première fin de ma vie que je vois cela, j’ai déjà eu la demande de confirmation de réservation mais pas un refus total même de nous dire si il y a de la place pour la date qui nous intéresse. Très mauvais accueil, personne au téléphone à la limite du non-respect, me soutenant que c’était tout le temps comme ?a et part tout pareils. Voyageons régulièrement c’est bien la première fois que nous avons un tel mépris de la part d’un réceptionniste s’il reste des Service est à sa hauteur ?a ne doit pas être joli en tout cas je ne le recommande pas.

The hotel is located nearby the university hospital, the cause of my visit. The personal is extremely traditional in service and effectiveness. The room is large, with an excellent bed and all amenities are provided. However, the classical ceiling chandeliers are not for the tall people of today (I physically touched them without any effort), and especially the bathroom needs to be serviced and updated as broken tiles and poorly working water taps aren't classical or unique, but just worn out...

Although I haven't stayed recently in this hotel, I've known it for decades for family reasons, but don't think I've ever reviewed it. Yet it is so nice and agreeable to stay in, and the kind helpfulness of Antonio on reception and the service of the staff make it so pleasant that it deserves praise. Their efforts make it a very warm and comfortable place to retreat to after a busy day in Geneva at any time of year. Breakfasts are generous and delicious, and coffee prolific and good. The rooms are spacious with fridge bar and a good sized TV. Sofa and coffee table as well as a good solid writing desk. I would say it's perfect as a business hotel partly because you could spread documents around a bit if you were working. Taken altogether it is a great place, with easy connections via Metro and bus into the city. I rate it very highly.

Nous avons passé un excellente séjour. Petit-déjeuner qualitatif, belle chambre, accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est très professionnel, prévenant, aimable et discret. Cet établissement est très bien situé pour découvrir Genève. Nous reviendrons.

Un h?tel très agréable : un accueil chaleureux avec un personnel au petit soin, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, une literie au top du top jamais vu ca dans un 3 étoiles, une propreté irréprochable et un très bon petit-déjeuner. Tout est parfait !

Good hotel located opposite the Dental School of Geneva and within walking distance of the old town. Big rooms. Good breakfast. Attentive receptionist. After 1 day he already knows your name and room number, without having to ask anything. Hotels in geneva are very expensive. This hotel is vakue for money in the mid-range.

Apesar da recep??o muito simples e o elevador muito pequeno, os quartos s?o bem confortáveis, limpos e possuem amenities de boa qualidade. Todos do hotel falam português e s?o muito simpáticos. Gostei, recomendo e repetiria a escolha. A única quest?o é que estávamos com um bebê de 2 anos e há muito móveis de vidro. N?o me parece um hotel apropriado para crian?as pequenas.
