Stayed a couple of night in mid Oct 24. Didn't have a reservation but just walked into the hotel (after studying one of the well know hotel booking sites). They showed us a room. Was a bit more than the price we were thinking but it turns out it was a family room (basically 2 bedrooms (and 2 small balcony's) and a bathroom. My friend and I were happy with it so we took it. Clean. Functional. Nice bathroom (great shower). Coffee (those pods) on tap (we asked for 4 more pods and they delivered them to the room a short time later). Think water was a cost option from the mini bar though (not 100% sure now). Front balcony looked out to the sea (partially blocked by another hotel on the sea front) but in mid Oct, you can see the sun set into the sea. Lovely. Hotel seemed almost empty as we hardly saw any other guests. Pool nice (but cold). Staff were mostly very friendly and at breakfast each day, they made us a nice omelette, selection of cheeses, some meat, bread, fruit etc. Orange juice and a coffee/latte etc (basically like a set menu but we had no complaints). Nice location (first time in Serande and was quite impressed). Just a short walk away from the centre of town (and literally only a few mins walk to the promenade). Recommended.

Tres bon sejour, hotel tres propre et bien entretenue, petit dejeuner correct, emplacement idéal proche de tous les restaurants et bar
Petit bemol, la climatisation est bloquer a 23 degres, du coup un peu froid la nuit car pas de couettes et si on arrete la clim une odeur de meubles neufs vous embaume la piece, horrible
Un bon h?tel bien placé personnel souriant et serviable petite piscine sympa petit déjeuner très correct avec du choix parking privé gratuit très important dans cette rue car il n’y a pas de place pour ce garer seul point négatif dans la chambre 11 la wifi est difficile à capter
Abbiamo mangiato meglio di qualsiasi altro ristorante della zona ,staff molto professionale,cibo arriva in pochissimo tempo .Il panorama bellissimo niente più da aggiungere ritorneremo di sicuro??consigliatissimo
Superb boende
Super fr?sch hotell med h?rlig pool och utsikt ?ver Sarand?. Trevlig personal och renligheten var topp. ?ven hotellrestaurangen var bra. Frukosten var super!
Centralt och n?ra till allt. F?r den som kommer med b?t ?r det n?gon km.

Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo: posizione fantastica non in mezzo al ****** ma allo stesso tempo a soli 5 minuti a piedi da dove poi partono e arrivano le escursioni in barca e dove si passeggia. Attraversando la strada c’è il Locale più conosciuto per ballare l’orange. Hotel pulitissimo e cambio biancheria giornaliero; personale gentilissimo, ristorante con ottima qualità e prezzo giusto. Vista mare bellissima… colazione si fa con vista mare. Piscina comoda e bella da utilizzare nei buchi tra un escursione e l’altra. Insomma che dire… lo consiglio è ci ritornerò sicuramente!!!
Buon albergo, confortevole, luminoso, arredato modernamente. Camere con terrazzino panoramico con vista sulla bella baia di Saranda. Colazione di buon livello, con buona scelta. Bella piscina, piccola ma spettacolare. Una sosta raccomandabile.
