ótimo Hotel ! Localiza??o excelente ... perto das praias e no caminho para grandes passeios . Cafe da Manh? muito bom e o quarto é suficiente para a regi?o das praias . ótimo custo / benefício. So aten??o ao estacionamento q é bem pequeno.

Hotel très bruyant ils offrent des bouchons d'oreilles, donc ils en sont conscients. Matelas très inconfortable très dur. Salle de bain vétuste l'eau chaude arrive après 5 minutes. Parking très petit 5 ou 6 places seulement. H?tel à fuir si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit.

Hotel a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Praia do vao. In posizione tranquilla, con pochi posti auto liberi, ma con altri posti auto nelle vicinanze. Personale molto cordiale, colazioni ottime e abbondanti. Letto matrimoniale grande e comodo. Balconcino carino in camera. In bagno non c'era il bidet e c'era una vasca-doccia. Alcuni ristoranti a pochi passi dall'hotel.

Gostei em geral de tudo! (a recep??o,o quarto, a piscina, os funcionários, etc.etc.,...tudo muito simples e limpo, próximo da Praia e Restaurantes)

Goed ontbijt, dito zwembad en kamers. Dichtbij strand en supermarkt. Net personeel en netjes schoongehouden. Misschien krappe P plekken. Nabij gelegen visrestaurant is zeer aan te bevelen, net als een wandeling 's-avonds over het strand

Hotel très bien , la chambre était superbe , le meilleur de mon sejour ,personnel au top ,attentionné, qui a fait l'effort de parler fran?ais, bien situé au calme ,proche de la plage, le centre se rejoint à pied par la c?te, arrêt de bus devant l'h?tel, excursion réservée depuis l'h?tel .je recommande fortement

Unser Zimmer war im Nachbargeb?ude, ausreichend gro? und leise. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Das Frühstück war gut, leider ist der Frühstücksraum nicht gro?, so dass wir gegen 9 Uhr warten mussten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Es gibt nur wenige, sehr enge Parkpl?tze, auch die Zufahrt ist sehr schmal. Lieber gar nicht erst versuchen.In der Nachbarstra?e gibt es ausreichend kostenlose, ?ffentliche Parkpl?tze

Hotel di nuova costruzione con piscina nei pressi della famosa spiaggia di "Praia do Vau" a Portimao. La struttura si trova in mezzo alle campagne e dista ca. 500 mt dalla spiaggia e dalle loro infrastrutture (mercatini, negozi, bar e ristoranti) mentre il centro di Praia da Rocha é un po piú distante (2,5 km), peró c'é la fermata dell'autobus direttamente davanti all'hotel. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e pulite. L'unica pecca é che ci sono poche prese di corrente per ricaricare cellulari e tablet. La colazione é varia ed abbondante e ci si puó sedere direttamente in fianco alla piscina. Al piano sopra la piscina vi é un bar molto panoramico. Il parcheggio é un po' stretto ed i posti non sono molti. Peró c'é molto spazio per poter parcheggiare all'esterno lungo la strada. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile ed il nostro soggiorno é stato molto piacevole. Consigliatissimo.

We left the Alcaide this morning, after taking a 6 night break to escape the awful British weather. We love this small, boutique hotel and all of the hardworking staff, from the cleaners and the maintenance man, to the kitchen staff and front of house. They work well together as a close team and it works very well indeed. The place is very clean and well maintained. It's low rise, at 3 storeys high, really well located, with restaurants and some shops close by and the beach only a few minutes walk. The breakfast is buffet style, it's very good, with a cold meat and cheese selection, traditional cooked section, local cakes and, of course, lots of lovely fresh fruit and yogurts. The pool and surrounding area, together with the 4 lounge areas and bar with a balcony, are all great places to relax and again, are spotlessly clean. It's very easy to get around and although we hire a car at Faro airport (from the excellent Drive4fun) we love walking into Praia do Roche and Portimao centre, to the East and following the amazing coastal path through beautiful woodland and spectacular viewing areas to nearby Alvor, in the West. This place really is a gem and the price and quality, suits us perfectly. We'll be back for another visit, maybe in the autumn, or next spring when the area is again full of nesting birds and the wild flowers, with lots of Orchids, are at their best. The old salt lagoons, to the West of Alvor, are also a delight for twitchers, with many types of wading birds overwintering there and even a resident, small flock of flamingos, guaranteed to excite and entertain. Chambre simple mais lit confortable, rangement et balcon. Salle de bain spacieuse. Très petit parking mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Terrasse de la piscine pour le petit déjeuner (buffet assez varié ). Moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Vau. Environnement autour h?tel un peu impersonnel. Personnel attentif
