This is a cute boutique hotel. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge . However, it does need a facelift, it’s quite dated. It worked for me because I wasn’t trying to be near the touristy/Malecon area but if you are, you need a car. It’s quite a ways out and there are no restaurants nearby.

Many of the advertised amenities are not available. Most important: no restaurant and no bar. We chose this property so that we would not have to leave in order to eat. The listing needs to be updated.
Room 5 has a gigantic bathroom with a door, but an open partial wall made of cubes and no separate light for the bathroom. Very odd.

I liked the location, but you need a car. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. There is no heat in the winter. Keep that in mind. It does get colder at night. We had drinking water and all we needed. The curtains were not what I would call blackout and our room had many windows. Our room also smelled of sewage after the windows were shut but that is not unusual in Mexico. As always in Mexico things can be loud but it quieted down here and noise was not a concern. We opted for breakfast. My only concern was that the lid to the yogurt container was covered in mold on the underside.

Excelente estancia! El hotel esta muy bonito y muy bien cuidado, las habitaciones muy amplias. Las camas muy cómodas sin escuchar ruido de la calle. Si viajas con mascotas es un increíble lugar para quedarte.

The room is very wide and the bed is very comfortable.
The place is coozy and it seems to be at home.
The car is needed for your transfer

This is a lovely property & the room was extra large, clean & very comfortable. The owner is lovely & didn’t blink an eye when we arrived several hrs before the official check-in.
The one drawback is that it’s a little out of the way from the center but if you have a car, no problem!
Would highly recommend staying here!
