H?tel familial idéalement situé sur le front de neige, en face d un parking couvert. Chambre spatieuse et confortable. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux, souriant. Excellente cuisine le soir, le chef nous a régalés ! Bar cosy avec de super cocktails !

I refer the portuguese staff to clean and Daphne at the reception that did everything possible to help us to overcome the problem of lack of transfer caused by falling stones in Moutier. Very good breakfast

Super h?tel. Nous y avons séjourné en famille 8 jours. Cet h?tel a été une super découverte. Très bon rapport qualité/prix et le restaurant est incroyable (nous étions en demie pension) Je recommande sans hésiter

Parfaitement placé, ski aux pieds, à quelques mètres des principaux remontés mécaniques, très confortable, familial, excellente cuisine, petit déjeuner complet, bar cosy, service convivial et de qualité, prix raisonnables pour une des stations les plus exclusives des Alpes.

Nous sommes des habitués depuis déjà quelques années de cet établissement que nous avions choisi pour son emplacement privilégié au pied des pistes. Nous y sommes retournés les années suivantes pour son atmosphère chaleureuse et détendue très appréciée par l'ensemble de la famille. Merci à Nicolas, toujours prompt à nous faire découvrir sa carte des vins, pour son accueil professionnel et attentif. Une mention spéciale au chef qui privilégie le produit mis en valeur avec inventivité et nous régale tous les soirs. Nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour ! à découvrir !

4th time we are staying in this hotel. Superbly located near the village and the slopes of VAL D'ISERE. Personnel in the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is well served and diners in the evening are very tasty and well prepared. Hope to go back before renovation in 2026.

We felt like staying at home. The hotel is very warm and management is taking care of it so well with personal care of every client. Clean with nice decor, food was amazing, all congrats to chef, and the location the best in village. Happy to come again.

Hotel Altitude is in an awesome location. Ski in and Ski out, it's right in the middle of the 2 major gondolas you need to get to the top of mountain. Also perfect location to be in the middle of the resort for shops and restaurants. Nikolas is a very helpful hotel manager, speaks good english and helped us a lot with reservations. The Hotel dinner was amazing. We had dinner twice in hotel (4 courses) and we were really surprised how superb this would be. Its world class. The breakfast was really well stocked and perfect to fill up on before hitting the slopes. Rooms... we had 2 adults and one teenager in our family room booked. This was big enough for our family. The rooms were very hot though and we had to keep the door open to balcony to help air flow. Also no exhaust fans in toilets!!... the balcony door also needed to be open for this. The pillows were small square and uncomfortable, we ended up using the chair cushions. No tea or coffee facilities in room - this was disappointing as it would be nice to be able to make a cup of tea for myself. Seemed unusual not to have this facility when this is a basic thing to have in a hotel room. Foyer / Bar... very friendly staff. Well stocked wine collection. Apart from some complementary nuts when you purchase a drink, there are no snacks. When we had some left over snacks from the mountain and ate them in the bar area with the bottles of wine and soda we purchased, we were politely told we were not allowed to consume outside food in this area. When travelling with teenagers (we had 4 in our party staying at hotel) they need food and it would be convenient to offer some more substantial food in the bar area for apre (like a cheese and chartourie board with bread) so we don't have to leave the hotel if we are too tired and want something in the bar area. Apart from these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed the hotel and the team and thank them for their help during our stay.

Nous avons était très bien re?u par le Gerent Nicolas et tout le personnel, nous avons passé une semaine de plaisir , confort , super bien placés et top restauration 10/10 !!! merci l'hotel Altitude !! à refaire !! Bonne continuation ne changer rien !!!

This is a high quality hotel, with swimming pool, view on the 2 major lifts in Val d'Isere, 50m away from each of these major cabins lifts, easy to climb in the summer to the top, the service in the hotel is high, breakfast is typical french with the best French croissants ever.
