Hotel Antico Moro was average at best. The woman at check-in was a bit rude and unwelcoming, though the gentleman later on was more polite and helpful. The room was basic and fine for a night’s rest, but not somewhere you’d want to stay longer. Decent if you just need a quick stop to sleep, nothing more.

Dear Sirs, We are very surprised by this review given the circumstances: the room assigned was our Suite, which can accommodate up to 5 people, while you had booked a double room. Moreover, you booked a double room even though there were three of you... for this reason, you were given the larger room than the one booked. Unfortunately, the receptionist had the original reservation for two people, but despite this, you showed up as three... for this reason, she had to find a new solution for you. It is not possible to book a room for a maximum of two people and show up as three. We are very sorry that, after having resolved this booking error, which was not our fault, we are now being told that you were not welcomed well, even though you had used the largest room available. We kindly ask you to pay attention the next time you make a reservation and note that you have been upgraded. Best regards

Excellent hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good sized, clean bedrooms and bathrooms with a good breakfast. Good location with easy transfer to Venice

Hotel piccolo ma confortevole, arredamento d'epoca molto grazioso, pulizia ineccepibile, colazione discreta. In posizionamento comoda per le escursioni. Parcheggio comodo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us get to Venice and gave us very useful information as tourists. Great experience at the hotel and great service. The area is also very safe, peaceful, and convenient (food, laundry, transportation, etc).

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, neat and the management is excellent. This is ones best option to visit Venice by driving there and parking right over the bridge in Venice right before Piazzale di Roma for 12hrs paying only Euro 12-15. The breakfast was very good too.

La recepción y el servicio bien. La limpieza bien. El desayuno básico pero bien, incluido en el precio. Tiene parking del hotel gratis al descubierto. Nos alojaron en la habitación 13, segundo y último piso sin ascensor. Tuvimos que subir maletas de 4 personas por las escaleras. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no lograba enfriar la habitación y tuvimos que dormir las dos noches con las ventanas abiertas . Las literas eran incomodas.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the address provided was incorrect, and Google Maps directed us to a private residence 5 kilometers away from the hotel. Upon arrival, we found that the room's fridge was not functioning and was in a state of disrepair, making it unusable. While one of the beds for the adults was satisfactory, the bed provided for our children was a high bed that posed a safety risk for our 6-year-old. As a result, we had to share our bed with our children, which was uncomfortable for all of us. Furthermore, we were unable to find hand soap in the washroom, and there were several other amenities that were lacking. Given these issues, we would not recommend your hotel to families. The room's capacity appears to be suited for two people, and the old-model air conditioning unit did not function properly.
