Pro's - Hotel is new and has a very central location. - Staffs are friendly and helpful from reception, room attendants and dinning staffs. 5 Stars for this. - Beds are comfy - A/C is cold and promising given the hot weather outside. - near Church, fast food, pharmacy and convenience store - they do also offer airport transfers for a fee Con's - No Elevator ( but staff will help you with your luggage ) - No mini ref ( which i think is essential first time stayed at a hotel not having one ) - HORRIBLE smell in the bathroom. Which bothers us because it is a NEW hotel. Opening the tap in the sink, shower and toilet but they all smell the same for some time. Shower drains so slow. Staff are helpful though.
PROS: 1. Breakfast buffet is good. CONS: 1. Check-in and check-out time is very strict to 2PM-12NOON. Not a good start to attract new guests. 2. Over the phone, I was told my room is facing Mayon Volcano but they gave me a different one facing the neighborhood. 3. Room is very small. Like it’ll be very hard to move around if you have a companion. 4. FYI to Senior Citizens and PWD, they don’t give discounts on drinks. Only food is discounted. I asked the barista why, he cannot explain.
