We had a lovely stay! The hotel was clean and had a great location. No problem without the reception, the check in/out went smoothly

Great for shorts trip or stop over!
Our bed was very comfortable. The room was cozy but comfortable for a short stay. The location is fantastic - directly across from the convention center, a short walk to view the ocean, and tons of great restaurants and bars for pintxos. We really enjoyed Txiki Taberna, (just a block away), we went there twice on our stay.

Great location but noisy (both in the corridors and in the streets outside, both at night and early in the morning), unstaffed, no natural light. All keyless which was interesting (just a pin), clean but wouldn't stay again- just too noisy.

Het hotel ligt ideaal als je een event in het kursaal bijwoont: gewoon de straat oversteken! Bovendien ook op wandelafstand van alle winkels en het strand. Perfecte ligging! De kamer is zeer netjes - wordt ook elke dag opnieuw heel netjes gepoetst. Ik had een ruime kamer, ruime badkamer. Goeie douche en comfortabel bed. De minibar is gevuld en mag gratis gebruikt worden tijdens je verblijf. Toch ook wel een mooie plus. Echter… de muren zijn dun. Ik ben ‘s nachts wakker geschrokken omdat de buurman zich (vermoedelijk) draaide in zijn bed wat enorm kraakte. Het raam kan niet op kipstand. Geen ramp natuurlijk, maar wel jammer als je net zoals ik graag natuurlijke lucht binnen wil zonder je raam vierkant open te zetten. Er brandt continu een groen “veiligheids?”licht aan het plafond, wat ‘‘s nachts de kamer enorm verlicht en me ook hinderde om in een diepe slaap te geraken. Dus goed… mijn ervaring is gemengd. Ik zal bij een volgende bezoek aan San Sebastian wel op zoek gaan naar een ander hotel.

Great hotel right next to the beach
Great location right next to the beach, several small grocery stores, fruit vendors, and restaurants.

The location is almost unbeatable. The personless check in is a bit clunky and weird, but worth the trouble. The place was nice and clean.

This hotel does not have a reception desk but the off site staff respond within minutes of making an inquiry. They booked a taxi for my departure. Room and public areas were spotless.

Sehr sch?n gelegen, sehr sauber
Toll gelegen mitten in der Stadt. Keine Rezeption aber reibungsloser Check-In.
Gegenüber ist der Strand Playa de Zurriola, perfekt für ein morgendliches Bad im Meer.
