Hotel Augusta Lembang room rates are higher as compared to services provided. Hotel cleanliness standards are not in compliance with minimum standard assumed by any customer. Not a good experience. Booked by accidently without proper scrutiny. I have to leave in one day, couldn't completed 2 days stay. Food is just fried rice with omelet, and coffee or tea, not much options available for breakfast... not safe foe female solo travelers or family. rooms smell like smoke all the time.... Not recommend. Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms and very hot rooms in day and night, very hard to survive. plus coffee does not taste good.
