There is an elevator only in the towers. The stairs were very difficult.

Satff came up to my door to ask for something late at night. Were not very helpfull at check in. The parking process was no very easy for them to open the gate

Hotel is is in a big port city Manta. It is very close to the beach.
If you are looking for a nice quiet b each , it is not. Beach is very noisy with loud music and also doesn't look so clean.
Hotel is is like a different species with beatiful garden and swimming pool.
Staff is great, breakfast is very good, rooms are big and very clean. It is a grwatbplace to stay if you need to stay in a big city. Fee steps from the hotel thwre is a shopping center.

The Balandra is a very special place. We stayed there after my wife had surgery to rest. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are wonderful and the food is delicious. An incredible place of beauty!
