The staff is great. Very helpful, kind and with amazing level of English which is a rear thing in Türkiye.
The room was clean with everything you might need. But there is problem with soundproof (you can hear your neighbours visiting the bathroom in details...).
Also, be ready to use stairs, the hotel has 4 floors and there is no elevator. They help to bring your bags upstairs if needed.
The hotel is located very close to the water front on the pedestrian street, so three is a lot places to eat and have a drink around, but no taxi can come close to the hotel. You will have to walk up to 150m to catch a taxi.
