Todo bien a secas, solo las personas de la recepción ya son mayores y NO están capacitadas para dar atención a los clientes.
Pase antes de tiempo para verificar mi reservación, pero la persona estaba desayunando y no me podían dar información.

Realmente superó mis expectativas, venía un poco temerosa por las rese?as de varias personas, pero al estar aquí me doy cuenta que no le pide nada, tiene todo el hotel y para el costo, esta excelente, el personal es muy amable y en limpieza mega bien, las habitaciones están excelentes, volvería a a venir sin problema ??

NO ME GUSTO EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION, NO SON AMABLES Y PONEN LA CARA DE ENOJADAS, TAL VEZ PARA QUE NO PREGUNTES NADA. TIENEN CARA DE POCOS AMIGOS.

Excelente ubicación e instalación, pero la atención en recepción no fue tan cordial como esperaba. Una de las toallas estaba muy gastada y delgada. Considero que por ser un edificio con muchos a?os, se escucha mucho ruido. La habitación muy bien y el ba?o muy amplio.

What a disappointment
It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Hotel Location a few blocks from malecón near the Harbor. Excellent secure onsite parking. Manager of hotel was kind enough to allow a move to a better room due to a stiff mattress. Very accommodating- no extra charge.

I like the fact that the employees were always trying to help and the only thing that I did not like was that on my last day there were a party of people drunk in the first floor talking and making noises while it was early in the morning.
