Notificamos nuestro late Check-in y recibimos confirmación por mensaje por parte de la recepción, pero al llegar les tomó 1 hora el proceso de check in, y ni siquiera pudieron encontrar la reservación, nos cobraron $800 MXN para dejarnos pasar al cuarto, adicional a lo pagado previamente a pesar de tener el recibo de reservación, tuvimos que esperar al staff de la ma?ana para que nos devolvieran el dinero.
Por el precio la habitación está muy bien y limpia, pero la recepción de la noche deja mucho que desear, no volveremos por lo mismo, es una lástima ya que el personal de la ma?ana es muy amable y atento.

A nice hotel close to the city center. Clean room with daily room service. Although the windows and door don't shield outside noise (dogs, construction workers, other guests) a lot.
Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund des springbreak besuchs ausgew?hlt da es sehr günstig war und mit ca. 15min zur Partyzone in Ordnung ist. Uber kostet ca. 10€
Das Hotel selbst hat nichts zu bieten und ist von der Ausstattung auf sehr niedrigem Niveau und l?sst von der Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

You get super nice view from big windows direct sun light through outthe whole day
Phone doesnt work ,wifi is also very slow

There is perfect parking in the back and front
Whenwe stay there was no free breakfast
No water to drink ,no fridge ,no iron as well
There is no hair dryer in. The bathroom as well
Shower is notbgood as well
They do have lift to go upstair
Its very budjet friendly though
Bus stand and currecy exchange are near by
Placea to eat are at walking distance
Also gas station near by
Entrance door to hotel need repair
