The hotel is located nearby the train station (around 5-10mins walk) and there are many supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff is super friendly, and has a very cheerful personality. Loved the fact that they provide water/tea/coffee options at their lobby, and they provide cutleries too (important if you purchase takeout sometimes). The view from the room is pretty nice.

The reception desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast is typical Swiss hotel breakfast. The room had a weird smell that I had to open the balcony door to relief the odour. They provided a sink at lobby for guests to refill their bottles with tap water and free coffee machine service.

I love everything about this hotel Bernerhof Interlaken. Near to the Interlaken West Station, great breakfast, everything was good. Would definately stay here again if we visit switzerland??

Stayed here during end Nov 25. Hotel is very closed to Interlaken West station and bus station. Walking distance to hotel. We had a quiet room as requested. Near Coop supermarket, chinese eatery and Indian restaurant. Clean room with basic necessity, overlooking the landing area of paragliding. Breakfast has same items everyday for our stay of 4 days.

房间内有开水壶，、提供纸杯；白人早餐还不错。主动给了因特拉肯区间内交通票。为其交通方便点赞

All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

在少女峯脚下的酒店，入住了家庭房，非常宽敞，有个阳台可以直接看到少女峯，楼下就是超市，距离火车西站和公交站非常近，因特拉肯太美了，适合多住几天

Cozy hotel conveniently near Interlaken West station. Room was small but well maintained, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast spread. Would visit again!
