酒店地理位置绝佳，在日内瓦火车站对面，方便火车出行。酒店提供每位住店客人一份免费市内公交票，便于前往联合国欧洲总部、万国宫、圣皮埃尔天主教堂、艺术历史博物馆等景点。
客房minibar 提供免费茶包、咖啡、巧克力等。大堂公共区域（茶歇室）提供免费茶饮、咖啡、可颂麪包等食物。酒店前台接待人员服务周到、温馨、友好。

Great convenient location right across from Geneva train station. Many restaurants, bars & cafes near by. The room is cozy and clean. Hard wood floors is a plus.

Hotel Bernina was very clean, great location right opposite the train station with many trams and buses to connect to other parts of the city. Also within walking distance to the lake and old town, with Geneva being a very walkable city. Check in was very fast and efficient, and the hotel itself was quiet. Room size is adequate and reasonable for a major city. Not many amenities in the hotel but this is fine as there's many things to do in Geneva
