The wifi signal in my room was non existent during my entire 5 night stay. The AC was good, bed was fine and the room was clean. The hotel is aging and it shows. The breakfast was basic but savory. The hotel is a good value.
No geral foi uma boa estadia. Porém no quarto que ficamos a internet era péssima. A equipe da recep??o nos atendeu muito bem, ja o pessoal do café da manh? estavam mal humoradas e ignorantes todos os dias. O café da manh? é bem somples e é por meni.
En general esta bien el hotel, las personas de recepción son muy amables el Joven Santiago muy atento y respetuoso, la verdad fue una estadia buena, lo que dejo que desear fueron los desayunos estaban buenos pero las opciones son muy limitadas, la atencion durante el desayuno no fue buena parecia que las personas que atendian estaban enojadas y asi me paso los 9 dias de mi estadia, la distancia del hotel al centro es buena a 10 minutos del centro historico en uber, o a 20 caminando una zona muy segura. Lo recomiendo en cualquier lugar siempre hay cosas que mejorar asi que mi estadia fue buena.

Pros: Nice pool but a tad small, AC was phenomenal, staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, restaurant on site, the showers had the power of Atlantis itself supplying the water pressure, convenient location (close to church, shops, groceries, restaurants, the beach, etc.)
Cons: Wifi only worked in the halls and main areas (they did say they’d fix it or have us change rooms which we eventually switched and the wifi was still shoddy. We had room 311 then swapped to room 202), only soundproof from other rooms but the hotel is near some rowdy businesses (rm 311)so I heard a lot of hee hee and ha ha at night along with some great music but it was 2am and I wanted to sleep since I was doing early morning tours. Consider carefully if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the pool closes at 8pm but I heard some drunk people hanging out there in the pool area. We were right above it (rm 202) so I heard the entire slurred conversation start to finish.
El servicio excelente, la atención excelente de pronto revisar el aire de la habitación 211 ya que deja un peque?o charco de agua y eso deteriora el suelo
O quarto era bom, roupa de cama boa, confortavel, porém o ar condicionado esta fraco, precisando de manuten??o, café da manh? bom e bem servido, infelizmente o servi?o do hotel de bar e restaurante n?o funciona durante o dia inteiro, o diferencial do lugar realmente s?o os funcioário, Rodolfo é muito simpático e atencioso.
