Very good hotel. Hotel room was spacious, clean and warm. Bathroom had toiletries and shower gel, the kitchen had a fridge, kettle and microwave- The hotel staff repeatedly provided us with tea and coffee sachets once they were used. Cleaners and staff were very friendly, with cleaners entering at a regular time daily. For one of the days we were ill so had put a do not disturb sign on the door, and the staff did not enter. The lobby felt elegant and the hotel had a lift. I would definitely stay again and the hotel even allowed us to check out 5 hours late upon 20 euro payment. Very happy with the stay. The hotel room is next to a busy road, so naturally there was some noise at night, but the hotel provided us each with a pair of ear plugs and it was not an issue at all.

The check in process was one of the things that stood out the most! Staff was always courteous and ready to help. The room was very clean and spacious. Perfect location to access the city center. Also had a fridge and kitchen space along with a tv which is always an added bonus.

A cheap and cheerful stay. Very loud road outside - the hotel does provide ear plugs but bring your own good ones. Breakfast i found very limited, and only tried once. No late check out available on my last day Friday as i guess they get busy for the weekend. Friendly staff.

Stayed for 5 nights in the Annex Building which was a short walk through the hotel & round the back. Our room was spacious & clean which was great. The only issues we had with the room were the pillows were too soft so after 1 night they were not great to sleep on. The room was cleaned daily with new towels added, coffee & tea restocked (if used) and bins were emptied - the bedding sheets were not changed however. Breakfast was great with a crusty variety of of options each day from pasta, couscous, beans, sausages, eggs & sweet pastries. Dinner was served round the corner at “Legenda” we were given some paper vouchers to use at the restaurant which offered a 2 course meal (Soup & Main or Dessert & Main) The staff were lovely & welcoming, greeting us each time we saw them which was nice to experience. Overall the stay was amazing & it’s located in a great part of Prague. Would definitely stay again.

Con la mia famiglia ho alloggiato in questo hotel per una settimana, scegliendo la suite con due camere da letto situata al piano mansardato. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e ci hanno dato dei tickets per un vicino pub convenzionato. Esperienza nel complesso positiva, in primo luogo per la posizione dell'hotel, ottima per il centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi e per la vicinanza alla stazione centrale dove siamo arrivati prendendo il bus express dall'aeroporto. La colazione era molto buona con un ampia scelta di dolce e salato, unica nota negativa le bevande del distributore, ma ci siamo adattati. Anche la cena era discreta, ovviamente sservono piatti della cucina ceca che può non soddisfare tutti. Il cambio asciugamani era giornaliero, tuttavia la moquette ed il bagno non venivano puliti quotidianamente, cosa che sinceramente non ho capito... Inoltre al nostro arrivo mi sono accorta che il copriletto era macchiato e ho provveduto a toglierlo io stessa, una disattenzione molto spiacevole, mentre il resto della biancheria era pulita. Cmq lo consiglio anche perché nel complesso l'hotel mi è sembrato accogliente ed ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mi sono spaventata tantissimo leggendo le precedenti recensioni. Invece la struttura è pulitissima e accogliente. La pulizia viene effettuata ogni mattina anche se si lascia la stanza sul tardi compreso il cambio asciugamani. Staff disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza, unica pecca, struttura un po' vecchiotta ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci sta.

Great location, close to public transport.
Although the hotel looks a bit old fashioned outside, it is well maintained and clean inside.
The main drawback is the lift facility is halfway between guest room levels, so you need to walk either one flight of stairs up or down. A bit difficult when you have to handle your luggage!

Extremely helpful sfuff. The room was good size, very clean and quiet. Good location too: most sights are within walking distance. Old Town Square about 20 min, Charles Bridge about 25 min walk. Metro 5 min walk. I was very happy with my stay, would come again.
