Quarto lindo e aconchegante com uma bela vista da laguna. Excelente op??o, especialmente em dias úteis que fica mais em conta.

Small hotel, good location in quiet area, clean, there's a small elevator. Room was a little small but well decorated, the bathroom was small, towels changed every day. Breakfast room is so small, but there is a lot of food varieties. Stayed here for three nights. Staff were always available, professional & speak English.

Stayed here for three nights as part of our honeymoon and it was ideal overall. As good as you can expect from a 3 star hotel. Staff were always available, professional and attentive. Happy to speak english. Located in an ideal spot right in front of the waterfront and a short walk from anything you need in Venice including some quieter green parks to get away from the tourist crowds. The rooms were well maintained and private enough. The hotel lobby and breakfast area isn't very large so breakfast time can get a bit cramped and the breakfast food was OK but not a huge selection. Being next door to a busy bar ment there was a lot of bar noise until late at night but nothing too disturbing at all. Handy to have a back entrance onto one of the canals so it's easy to be picked up by water taxi directly from the hotel. We also appreciated there is a live webcam on the front of the hotel live streaming on the hotel's website so we could check out the location and weather before even arriving. Great little hotel, would recommend!

L’albergo è in un’ottima posizione soprattutto se si alloggia a Venezia per visitare gli spazi della Biennale, trovandosi all’inizio di via Garibaldi e quindi a metà strada tra l’Arsenale e i Giardini. La stanza è di dimensioni adeguate con un arredo che rispecchia i più tipici cliché veneziani (tappezzerie e tendaggi damascati, applique in vetro di Murano), con un sistema HVAC un po’ vecchio e rumoroso. In merito alle colazioni: ho preferito i bar dei dintorni in quanto lo spazio riservato ai pasti è piuttosto risicato, quindi di mattina mi è risultato scomodo dover aspettare un tavolo e servirsi di un buffet che mi è sembrato abbastanza limitato.

Este hotel já merece upgrade para 4 estrelas. Limpeza, atendimento, decora??o, café da manh?. Tudo muito bom e parece feito com muito carinho e aten??o. Um diferencial em Veneza. Tem até frigobar no quarto. Raridade na Europa! Recomendo e voltaria. A localiza??o é excelente com muitas op??es de servi?os ao lado

Went to Italy for the first time and started out in Venice. Hotel was lovely, centrally located and within easy walking of all places. Clean room over looking the private dock but wasn’t too noisy. Breakfast was basic continental but filling. The only let down was the shower was a little small for us as we are larger people and it was a little snug to get into. Defiantly recommend!

Petit H?tel romantique, très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, avec une très belle vue sur la lagune, très propre, chambre un peu petite mais bien décorée, la salle de bains manquait un peu d'espace de rangement mais très propre, les serviettes changées tous les jours, super douche. Bonne présentation du petit déjeuner varié et copieux, dommage que la salle soit trop étroite et située devant l'ascenseur.

Ich hatte das Hotel für eine Geburtstagsfeier für meine Verwandten gebucht und es waren alle sehr begeistert. Das Hotel wurde von mehreren Seiten gelobt, insbesondere die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das kann ich selbst nur unterstreichen, denn auch bei der Organisation der Zimmer waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Danke vor allem auch an Pietro. Lage des Hotels am Beginn der Via Garibaldi ebenfalls top. Ich würde immer nur in diesem Teil der Lagune absteigen, weil man damit die Menschenmassen meidet, sehr gute Restaurant und Bars direkt vor der Haustür findet und auch der Lido nur 2 Vaporettostationen entfernt liegt.
