The Hotel Chesa Pool is located in the beautiful car-free Fex Valley and can only be reached on foot, with our hotel shuttle or in a horse-drawn carriage.
It is the first vegetarian hotel in the Engadine. Our cuisine surprises and inspires - refined, creative and deeply rooted in the nature of the Fex Valley. With care and sensitivity, we compose vegetarian and vegan dishes that make the most of regional ingredients and play with subtle flavors.
For over four centuries, our little house has guarded the entrance to the Fex Valley - a witness to time.
The house was built in 1585 by the nobleman Baptista von Salis. At that time, the Engadin was still part of the Roman Empire. The hidden side valley in the Engadin retains its historical charm to this day.
