El desayuno es muy bueno y de buena calidad, se nota el cuidado en los alimentos. Las instalaciones son sencillas, sin lujos, pero cumplen correctamente y ofrecen una relación costo-beneficio bastante adecuada. Destaca la excelente atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar, y sobre todo la ubicación, que es inmejorable para moverse a pie por la Zona Colonial.

My partner and I really enjoyed the café connected to the lobby — great Wi-Fi, convenient service, and beautiful, healthy breakfast options. As New Yorkers/Americans, strong Wi-Fi and good service are priorities, and this place actually delivers (not always guaranteed in the DR).
We felt very taken care of by the front desk staff and the housekeeping team — friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Speak Spanish (or have your translator ready) — it makes everything easier.
This hotel is a DEAL. Yes, it’s an older building in a historic area, but what you get in return is huge: fresh breakfast included daily, personalized service, and a space that feels comfortable and cared for. The team clearly works hard to keep it looking fresh and accessible while still honoring the Colonial Zone character.
The location is super walkable, with plenty of nearby food options — including a 24-hour café on the block (the wait can be long, but it’s still a fun late-night/afternoon experience).
We also felt perfectly safe. The bell-entry system might surprise some people, but there’s a 24-hour front desk and we always felt secure. Overall: great value, great Wi-Fi, and an excellent home base for exploring.
Das Zimmer befand sich gleich an der zentralen Einkaufsstrasse El Conde. Die Lage ist also super. Durch diesen Fakt aber etwas laut.
Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Ich hatte bei meiner Ankunft Probleme mit dem Badezimmer, das aber innerst kürzester Zeit gel?st wurde.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und frisch.
